There’s nothing not to like about this TV! According to my opinion it’s quite an upgrade from a 32” dumb TV! I’m 73 and never had a Smart TV. The volume control system is fantastic! Can adjust how much bass you want! Extremely smart and clear picture! I honestly cannot believe how well this works!! I’m too excited! I also see that after my purchase they are not running a special on it! How fortunate and blessed I am to have purchased it at the right time and price!!

Bought this for my mother-in-law. Her tv was old, so we bought her a new one. Finally got it set up. Personally I don't like the remote. They're junk. Nothing is labeled. There's no channel buttons or volume buttons. Fine for someone who is use to all the new technology. She's in her 70's and she's scared of it. Really guys, you need something that is senior citizen friendly still. I realize everything is digital now, so actually real numbers don't count.

The only concession that I will give this TV is that most of the time, it will technically let us watch shows. The resolution is fine. Otherwise, this is truly the worst TV I’ve ever experienced. Some problems: Settings and user data— there are many settings on this TV that Amazon either doesn’t accept or ignores user input for. There is an automatic setting that turns the tv off after ten minutes of inactivity that can’t be changed, for example. Their settings also technically have an option to turn autoplay off for ads and previews, but they continue auto playing even when the option is selected. We turned off the “data monitoring” setting, and were pretty sure that the tv turned it back on without alerting or consulting us. It also changes your zip code back to your location automatically AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE THE MENU to change it. You can’t turn location off, either— just change the zip code, which apparently doesn’t take if you try to use an incorrect location. Connectivity— The tv will frequently fail to connect to the internet or will slow down, even when our internet speeds are testing fine and are unaffected on other devices. Even at the best of times, it’s still very slow to react to user input. Functionality— It often doesn’t load searches, apps, or change inputs. We’ve had problems with apps closing in the middle of shows and returning us to the Home Screen, or with apps not loading in the first place. It’s also hard to navigate and customize the Home Screen. Ads— The Home Screen is mostly ads and seems to be completely designed around suggesting to you, which tends to make it hard both to bookmark apps and to go back to anything you were previously watching, since it mostly just gives you options for Amazon promotional shows. It will autoplay an ad almost from the moment that you turn on the tv, first showing a poster and then playing a full-screen ad if you don’t click away within 3-5 seconds. Hardware— the dimensions of the feet are about an inch wider than represented, making it too wide for our tv stand, and seem unstable and cheaply made. Amazon thinks they have enough of a monopoly that they don’t have to care about product quality anymore. Prove them wrong, save yourself a ton of headaches, and get a different tv. TLDR; ignores your settings, hard to use, slow, ineffective. This entire TV is just a mechanism for Amazon to advertise its shows to you. Don’t buy it.

TV has built in Fire TV +Alexa. Has 3 HDMI, 1 optical audio w/headphone jack (was able to hook up my soundbar, no problem), 1 antenna (to view regular TV), 1 composite cable hook up. No buttons on TV (everything is controlled thru the remote). Existing 'Fire' devices can be used. Picture quality is good/standard. When theres a lot of black on the screen the pixels are more visible but not terribly awful. TV is simplistic in its design and features, very easy set up. All in all im happy with the purchase.
