I’m genuinely impressed with this screen protector. It’s twice the price as what others can be had for and that was almost a deal breaker. I wanted the best for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I went for it. Quality is outstanding! It feels like nothing is there. That’s the point right? It felt significantly stronger, thicker and less flimsy than cheaper protectors I’ve used before. The adhesive was good and again, it seemed superior to others. There alignment tool was so nice and made alignment painless. The alignment tool was thick and was like the top half of a phone case and hugged the phone perfectly to get the alignment just right. You could just see that this company didn’t skimp out on anything and wants to make the experience as easy and positive as possible for the end user. Two things sold me on this that might sell you: It goes almost edge to edge. I got a SupCase phone case and with this screen protector, it meets up perfectly, leaving almost no gap. I love this. The other thing that this protector claims to do is filter out blue light. The only other protector I could find that would do this is the Zagg screen protector at nearly $60. This is a feature I wanted to aid in eye protection, but $60 for a SINGLE screen protector seemed outrageous. Truth be told, I ordered it and while it was in transit, I cancelled it due to its price. I’m sure it’s a great screen protector, but the TORRAS seems perfect for now and I was able to get 2 protectors for $25. I had an issue when installing the protector on my phone and reached out to customer service. They responded within hours and had my problem resolved. Amazing customer service.     • The product was not what I expected BUT… the customer service was amazing .
I was not happy with the product. It did not stick well and there was lint on both of the shields. I wrote the seller and they were very nice and offered me a refund without any issues at all. The product was not what I expected but the customer service was great. I would take a chance and buy from them again because I feel I got a bad product but the customer service was great. Now let me tell you why… What is our primary concern when we buy a new phone? Keeping the screen as beautifully clear and crack-free as the day we received it, right? Now you’ve just spent hundreds of dollars on a new phone, so you need to protect it…but you don’t want to put something over this crystal clear screen that will change the touch sensitivity or how sharp the images or text look. At least, this is what I look for, and honestly I don’t mean for this to sound like a sales pitch. I am just adamant about letting people know when I have found something great. I like to pay it forward :) I have used this exact brand on an iPhone 13 and an older model iPhone, and has not disappointed me once. My screen is crystal clear, touch sensitivity is ideal and there has not been one crack or chip…and I am HARD on my phones (I use a Speck case as well). I have neuropathy in my hands and lose my grip often, plus I have two young children so my phone hits the ground FAR more often than I like. To give you an idea, I have a real stone PopGrip and it has been replaced three times due to cracking from impact, with ZERO damage to my iPhone. Now that you understand the quality of the product, let me tell you about what you get in the box (see all my pictures for reference). Nothing looks cheap. There is this classy attention to detail in every aspect. From the outside of the box to the way each element is presented, I instantly feel like I am getting a quality product. The tools provided to position your new screen protector (I won’t shop for one that doesn’t have the snap on plastic frame guides anymore) are so helpful to get it right the first time. I also covet those “scrapers” that are provided to smooth out any bubbles (I had one saved from my very first screen protector because they are so useful). TORRAS has put thought into anything you might need. You even get a spare (two screen protectors come in the box) although you probably won’t ever need it. I know there are less expensive brands out there, and more expensive brands, but when you’ve found something that protects your most often used possession in the best way possible, why look anywhere else? ... show more

    • Two attempts, two consistent bubble experiences
Brand new phone and both screens had 2-3 small bubbles in different places wtih each attempt. I am 100% sure this screen was dust free short of a clean room chamber, not sure what else one can do. Stay away Update: Torras did send a replacement with expedited shipment. Eventually its as bubble free, but be aware of your environment. It must be dust free to have a successful first try. ... show more
