Quick plug and play. Installation, Simple took less than 5 minutes. Simply remove the glove compartment, locate the white terminal on the right hand side at the back of the firewall and install. It is that simple. Now when I turn the ignition on the auto Start Stop is in the off position every time. No more playing around with that stupid button.

Product arrived quickly and in good condition. I attempted to install and managed to attempt starting the truck without properly seating the one of the plugs. This caused our 2023 F-150 to suddenly decide not to recognize our Key. So, I took the device out, plugged the original cables back together and viola, the truck said, "We see your key". Yea! Started the Return Process, in which Amazon asks why you want to return the item and by the next day, Torqy contacted me by email and offered to send a new device (that they would double check pin by pin. This was an impressive (to me) offer; that I accepted. The new one arrived in day or two and worked perfectly. Message here is: Mechanical and electronics purchased online always bring the possibility of issues. The real test of a company is how they deal with those issues. Torqy is a USA company, with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Torqy products AND their Customer Service!
