Great lights! Just what I was looking for. The stands are sturdy and very adjustable. Lights themselves can be dim or very bright. They look great and should work perfectly for my home-made light box. They're lightweight and would be easy to carry around or store when not in use.

purchased this Torjim LED light kit for recording videos and taking photos, and overall it has been a great buy. The lighting is strong and adjustable, which helps me achieve a professional look in both videos and pictures. I really like that it comes with tripods and a phone holder, making it very convenient without needing extra accessories. The light quality is even and soft, which avoids harsh shadows—perfect for makeup, nails, or social media content. It also offers different brightness levels and color tones, allowing you to adjust based on your environment or time of day. This feature really stood out to me. That said, there are a few minor downsides. The tripods, while functional, feel a bit lightweight and not as sturdy as I expected. If you move them around often or use them on uneven surfaces, you have to be careful to keep them stable. Overall, considering the price and everything included, it’s a great option—especially for beginners or anyone looking for good lighting without spending too much. The Torjim 12" LED Light kit could not be called the brightest or the most rugged of the lights I have used over a lifetime in professional video and photography. But, they ARE a terrific value. And they perfectly suited the application for which they were bought... experimenting with polarized light with a professional 3D scanner. The brightest light is not always the best light. Using 3D printing accessories, it has been easy to create both mounts for polarized filters and DIY softboxes to soften the lights to reduce reflects even further. They are very light weight so it was very easy to find desktop stands to use while scanning.. So, I am very happy with the results this inexpensive light kit has been able to deliver. The benefits for most users, aside from price and portability is the color versatility of the 3000-6500K range. And, for small product photography, the ease with which intensity levels are changed. Again, it is about price/performance. Does it equal lights costing many hundreds of dollars? NO. But, even so, this little kit delivers a lot of value for the money.

The screws at the base of the mount are too thin and short to handle the weight of the light fixture. I did not use the lights immediately after receiving them, so during my first recording just past the one-month threshold, the mount at the top of the stand split and the light fell on the floor. Unfortunately, it is too late to return them to Amazon. 👎 To solve the problem, I glued the screws into the screw holes. If this does not help, I will use some other stand to mount the light on. I will not be able to adjust the angle, though. Huh… Otherwise, the brightness and color temperature control work great.

These beat a ring light all day long. The flexibility of not only the stand but the light positions are top notch. Easy to use and move around. Can store well and can be minimized for storage. Holds the phone nicely. Light weight to move room to room. Multiple light option settings.

These lights rock. I bought this light set and loved how they can be used as side lights for video. They are adjustable to be as tall as I need for when I film standing up... and low as I need when I'm sitting at my desk. Easy to set up right out of the box... highly recommend.

The lights are very bright and do a great job but the construction of the stands is terrible. Both of my lights are broken not long after buying because the part that holds the light to the stand has tiny tiny screws and if you bump it a little too hard or it falls over once, the light breaks off the top pulling the screws out and they won't screw back in because it strips the plastic. The lights are sure to be knocked over at least once or twice because the feet at the bottom don't tighten enough and are never secure. Great lights on a terrible stand. Lucky my lights still turn on but I will need to buy new stands to hold them which is a pain.
