    • Fun and a great way to have that piano sound
I haven't had a "real" piano in my home for years because of their size and upkeep (tuning). I have tried various electronic keyboards but didn't like the sound or feel of the keys or the astronomical prices. This portable keyboard is what I've been looking for. It rolls up and fits in a space about the size of an athletic shoe box. When unrolled, you will need a long table or countertop because it is full sized with 88 keys. I like the size when unrolled because it feels like a real piano when sitting at the keyboard and the smallness of it after rolled up means I can store it on a shelf in a closet. For me, these two facts are at the top of the good list about this product. This keyboard might take a bit of getting used to. If you were taught to play on a "real" piano, the first thing you'll notice about this keyboard is that the keys are a soft silicon. It's an usual sensation when first playing it but I got used to very quickly. The sound is spot on of a regular piano. The keys don't work like a regular keyboard which will play if touched anywhere on the key. These keys need to be touched near the ends for white and black keys. After a bit of practicing chords and some simple tunes, I was able to catch on where to push to get the best sound. If the key isn't pressed properly (kind of a finger tap movement), the key might not make a sound or you'll get a staccato repeating sound. Chords are possible and so are glisses and slides. I was happily surprised at how well it sounds. I played around a bit with the multitude of tones, sounds and rhythms the keyboard has. I probably won't use them much but if you enjoy adding these to your playing, it's even more fun and enjoyable. Overall, I really like this keyboard. It meets my requirements of small storage space, piano sound and most importantly: fun! For someone like me who just wants to have that piano sound back in their life, it's a great investment. I can see it working for children or adults learning to play and need a keyboard in their home to practice. For the tech savvy person, this keyboard could bring you hours and hours of fun and enjoyment. Do I recommend it? Oh, yeah. It's brought a world of enjoyment back into my life. ... show more

    • Lots of us fun
It does a lot of things and frankly, being new to this, I am overwhelmed by all the features. Unfortunately my iPhone 6S is too old to support Garageband, but I managed to get it working with my laptop and "Music Maker" by Magix. Now I have new software to learn which also seems complicated so I'll be spending a lot of time on Youtube learning all this stuff. The squishy keys are weird at first and take getting used to. I wish it had bluetooth for my headphones. When I try to connect my wireless headphones it always says that the piano's battery is dead when it's fully charged. I can pair, it just won't connect. Overall, it's a lot of fun, really. It's perfect for taking on the road in an RV as it packs small and hardly weighs anything. ... show more

Whether you are an aspiring street performer, want to practice anywhere you go or just want a keyboard that doesn't take up much space, then this is the piano for you. Obviously there are differences in touch and feel as you simply don't have the size and travel of a regular keyboard and it would not be reasonable to expect that, BUT the trade offs are acceptable and this proves itself to be a good practical instrument. I love that I can put headphones on and practice without disturbing anyone. Makes practicing so much easier even in public since this is so compact. It’s like having a full piano in my bag. I have nothing bad to say about this. So many features and at a great price. I would recommend.
