We bought this for our kids for Christmas, who are learning piano. And, let's be honest, buying something with a headphone port was a gift for us as well. Unfortunately, the piano was delivered by UPS to the wrong address and was never recovered. Amazon refunded us. We tried to buy a replacement, but the sellers here never shipped it (I'm guessing they had to eat the cost of the one that didn't arrive and maybe they thought we were running a con on them), so we canceled and had a family member buy the unit instead so it would arrive by Christmas. While no one will mistake it live for an acoustic piano, it has a full, quality, polyphonic sound. The weights and sound dynamics are very good. There are *two* headphone ports (underneath, on the left), which is great for sharing! We bought headphones and a stick-on headphone holder (pictured in photo) so the kids can play anytime, even when the other one is on our real piano in another room. There is a large power brick, but I used adhesive-backed velcro and some bread ties to hide the brick underneath and make the cables a bit neater. If I were to suggest improvements, they would be an internal power supply and either switching to a standard cord type for the pedals (so it can be replaced) or shipping it with a white cable so it blends in better. The device has **hundreds** of voices (instruments), including full drum kits, plenty of piano and keyboard and organ and bell sounds, and lots of miscellaneous instruments. With that many instruments, there are many that sound very similar. It also has a ton of built-in "demo" songs, the ability to split the keyboard so two people can play in the same registers, record/playback, and other features. On the back side, there's a MIDI port (USB B-type, not the old-school DIN plug), and line-level 1/4" in and out. Not sure what the line in is for. The stool is smaller than a piano stool, but sturdy. I do worry about the pleather fabric falling apart, most furniture we've bought has done so, but it looks like we could recover it fairly easily. As expected, there's storage inside the seat for your sheet music, etc. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase. I have a music room with the classic black keyboards on racks and stands withe giant speakers. I own Roland, Yamaha, and Korg Keyboards. This is one I can put in my front room and it doesn't turn the room into a music room. As far as the sounds, they are not bad, and no need for external speakers, just headphones or the internal ones are stereo and have a full rich decent sound. I wished someone would upload the keyboard in action. I just don't have time to make videos right now. I will say this, I have done some videos of a flute I bought here, and so I know how, but I just have not done one for this, and I meant to. The keyboard is one of the better sounding digital pianos I have. Like I said I have a Casio, Roland, and Yamaha digital pianos. This one does beat them all. So take that for what it is worth. I also love the added piano bench that is just a classic and looks great. This is all real wood too. Costs much less than a Donner and there are more toys under the hood including another 600 sounds and effects and layering that can be done, and I have done it. Tricky to use those, but read the manual, and you will figure it out... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, easy on the eyes, a perfect natural wood color. Love the weighted key board and the pedals it comes with! In case you’re confused with the pedal board how to plug it in, its on the far right of the piano, and its a MIDI plug with is a circle with little dots in it. I thought at first it came with the wrong cable but just had to look harder! Beautiful, worth the money, fast delivery! Will update later if anything changes but so far happy with my purchase. I love love love this keyboard. It is cute, it's the perfect size, it sounds great and looks perfectly beautiful. I took off one star for following two reasons: (1) Sometimes the key on the "G" code (on the C position of the right hand) sounds very weak, compared to other keys. I play almost every day and I notice that particular key has a lower volume, so I need to press harder. (2) I wish there was a keyboard cover to prevent dust sitting. I use my scarf to cover it, but I wish they included a cover - not necessarily wooden, but something with light-weight material. ... show more

As the title says. The piano makes no sound either with headphones or without. It is plugged in, the red power light indicator shows. The volume is on. Very frustrated. Update - the sellers helped me troubleshoot. Upon determining that the keyboard didn't work, they sent a new keyboard promptly! Very responsive. I am very pleased with this product. My parents have a gorgeous upright piano, which I enjoyed all throughout my childhood. Now that I’m married and getting ready to start a family of my own, I really wanted a piano that I could really play on- and that my future kids can learn on if they’re interested. I have a Yamaha keyboard, but it’s just not the same. Real pianos are expensive and super difficult to move- my husband and I are renting and could have several more moves in our future. All that to say, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! The price is almost too good to be true. I was a little worried to open the box as this one seemed much cheaper than similar products, but I am SO pleasantly surprised! It’s much more sophisticated than a keyboard, and sounds absolutely beautiful. I’m obsessed with the design and sound. It was super easy to assemble and I just can’t say how pleased I am. If you’re looking for a step up from a keyboard or cheap electric piano but aren’t ready for a full-sized, real piano LOOK NO FURTHER! ... show more
