  • Didn’t work out for me
I'm 6'1 and I weigh 175 lbs and I suffer from Plantar Fasciiitis; my feet hurt constantly. I was really excited to receive this item. Due to a shipping error, I received 2 boards. ---------------- Below are my experiences: On day one, I stood on the board and the stretching on my feet felt great and it alleviated some of my foot pain. On the second day, after standing on the board for a short duration, there was a loud snap and the board flattened. The metal bar under the slanted board had come off. My back hurt from the impact. Undeterred, I waited a little bit, opened the second board and the same thing happened; the metal bar came off and the board flattened. I couldn't believe the same issue happened on both boards. I REALLY wanted this/these board(s) to work for me, unfortunately they did not, and I ended up with a very sore back. Do I get compensated? for pain and discomfort. CONS: 1) Metal Bar Detached while I was standing on the boards 2) The board wobbles making it a little difficult to get on it 3) The 2 screws on the board were loose 4) The metal buttons on the slant board came off when the tape was removed. I think this can be easily fixed with a drop of super glue. Please see the photos. I hope other buyers have better experiences. ... show more

  • Is this supposed to be child-sized?
I can't imagine what adult could comfortably stand on this without feeling extremely unsafe. It wobbles dangerously just trying to get on, and the base is so narrow that the average adult (and most teenagers) would have their knees knocking uncomfortably together and/or their toes sticking out past the top. ... show more

  • Great calf stretcher/plantar fascitis relief
My friend has a wooden slant board from Thailand that is heavy but effective, this lightweight board is of the same design but has better features of foam heel cushioning and isn't as flimsy as I thought it would be. The foot grips are also stimulating to bare feet. I use it by lining it up parallel to my kitchen counters/stove and hold on to the stove handle for balance and support. Start on low setting and work your way up. Note: You should be standing straight up when on the board, if you aren't drop down to a lower setting until you get use to that setting then move up in settings. ... show more

  • Love it!
This really helps with leg tension. I wish I had bought one years ago instead of ramming my feet up against a wall. Which is not as effective and then stop doing it. It's small and compact and doesn't take up a lot of real estate. I have large feet and about 200 lbs and it works for me. It is not as stable as a large fixed wooden model, but works absolutely swell if you are cautious about getting on and off and hold on to a wall or chair. A large wood one will eventually wind up in the closet and not used. This stays out. I'll get up in the middle of the night to use it! That's pretty stable in my book. Would buy again. ... show more

  • Didn’t work out for me
If you’re properly diagnosed and you really do have planter fasciitis from the facia tightening then this exercise board is great for it. Unfortunately after using it I had more pain. I went to a new specialist she did an MRI and my planter fasciitis is caused from inflammation so the exercising was irritating even more. If you have a facia year this exercise or any exercise can make it worse. Make sure you’re properly diagnosed. ... show more

  • Works but not a miracle cure
Like the adjustability. Once you get the knack of mounting and dismounting, stable enough. Heel rest not high/deep enough. Seems pretty sturdy to me other reviews notwithstanding---and I bought this used. Wouldn't advise any of the adjustable ones for someone who is not steady on their feet. Find that placing it under a counter so I have something to hold on to while mounting and dismounting works well for me. Do start at lowest elevation and work up to higher ones. If you get too enthusiastic out of the gate you will quickly learn the foot bones connected to ...etc etc. With use hips and lower back will also stretch out along with the targeted lower legs. ... show more

  • Namaste
I use this every morning and night because I have rheumatoid arthritis, poor blood circulation in my lower extremities, RLS, knee surgery and I broke my ankle. Great rehab if you can't afford physical therapy or massage. A great strength of you calves.

  • great that it is adjustable
I'm a physical therapist and at work we use a plain wedge. I bought this for myself at home to help with Achilles tendinitis/tendinosis . I like it so much better because it's adjustable. Some days I'm more flexible than others. Great value
