The road to this machine started out very bumpy, but the great customer service had me on a smooth road in no time. My machine was not holding temp and I could place my hand on the top of the press at 360 degrees, they issued me a new Temp control box had it in 3 days and was good to go. I will not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone. I love my heat press and I am looking forward to enjoying all the great things I'm going to make with it! ... show more

I shopped around for a while before buying a heat press and then I settled on this one. Its so easy to use and doesn't take up quite as much room as I thought it would. It does get a little top heavy and will topple over when you open it and swivel it if you are not careful. But over all I love this machine. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t able to use the heat press for these large items because the material would have been scrunched up. I ended up using the 12x10 heat press from circut for those table banners. For shirts and sweaters the heat press is great. My issue is switching between the heat press items. It’s time consuming and requires tools. Allen wrench and screw driver. But they are in awkward placements for the tools provided. I would have rather had a specific screw driver that fit properly. And am Allen t handle for fast use. Not an l shaped Allen. I’m doing a lot of Designs and different items for my business. If I was a hobby dad I would say its great if I’m only doing one or 2 things at a time at random times throughout the year, I would say it’s awesome. But I have a lot of stuff to do and it takes too much time between items. Thanks. Great value though. Don’t get me wrong. Most people would love this. ... show more

This heat press timer did not work. Didn’t count down or beep like it was supposed to. Thermostat was off. It was hotter than thermostat read. Verified with infrared thermometer. Contacted company who wanted pics and waste my time via back and forth email. Amazon refunded me before I returned item because company refused to send prepaid shipping label to return defective product. I was glad Amazon refunded my money and didn’t let them get away with the games they were playing. A week after my refund from Amazon the company finally sent the oral aid label and I sent back to them. ... show more
