It has been a couple months since I started using this press for pressing tshirts for promotional and fundraising goals. I love it, but could use better instructions as how to put it together at first and how to use all the attachments. I had to look for these on YouTube and TikTok to figure it out.

I was so extremely excited to use my heat press. Wow I’ve never been so overjoyed to get started and learn how to perfect my t shirt making ability. Everything was going great until one day I was pressing g a t shirt when the heat press came a loose dangling in my hand. I did everything to keep the machine for burning me. I managed to put it down without getting burned. I contacted the company and they totally ignored me. It was like they didn’t give a hoot about the broken product or what misfortune I had with it. Still today they have never responded to me. The seller was truly not concerned about the defective equipment they sold me. They could care less. It’s like once they sold the item it’s out of their lap

The road to this machine started out very bumpy, but the great customer service had me on a smooth road in no time. My machine was not holding temp and I could place my hand on the top of the press at 360 degrees, they issued me a new Temp control box had it in 3 days and was good to go. I will not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone. I love my heat press and I am looking forward to enjoying all the great things I'm going to make with it!
