The media could not be loaded. Love this product definitely need to train your dog or cat to love it before you leave for the first time because I would think that they would feel trapped if they had to stay in it or any of them doesn’t matter which one they are. My dog is a service dog so it was allowed to come out but for long periods of time I don’t think any dog wants to be trapped in a box. I did love this one, especially because it had so many options of opening different compartments so it kind of kept the dog busy by playing a game like which compartment is gonna open next, but I got stuck in the airport with the dog and this was a lifesaver by being able to put her in here to sleep and shut all the doors and they have a zip area with flaps so you can completely darken the area or open it, which isn’t really nice. I like the fact that it has almost like an apartment like feel because some of the doors or windows will extend out so if someone says you must contain your dog, you could put them in there and then have it you know zip it out so it is stretched out all the way so that they feel like they’re not so trapped love this 100% perfect size to squish underneath the seat in the economy seats. But absolutely perfect with extra room to spare in the extra legroom seats on the airplane. The quality is great never had a problem with a zipper the whole time even when I was trapped in the airport for hours and hours and hours it stores away perfectly in the upper part of my closet when not in use easy to clean afterwards has a nice cushiony Sherpa insert that you can take out and wash or spot clean I just spot cleaned it. I was afraid of it getting ruined. I would give this absolutely 10 out of five stars it save the day my first day traveling with my eight month old puppy.

I have two cats I plan to fly with soon to move across country. So I bought this one and another that's similar. Side by side they are nearly identical in size, but this one has higher expansion on top and two expansions on the side, versus just one side expansion on the other. The material is a little thinner than the other, but not by much. I've been taking them on car rides to get them ready, one kitty travels really well, the other not so much. Uggh. PROS: - Zippers have clip locking latches to keep from being pulled apart. - More expansion than others. Top expansion is great, just pull it up for extra headroom. - Has black out flaps that roll down to cover the outside of the walls and velcro to the bottom to keep them in place, helping to desensitize your kitties from everything going on, still offering plenty of ventilation. - Removable hard bottom insert with zippered soft cloth cover for easy washing. Also easy to wrap with wee pads just incase. - Pocket to tuck in some supplies, like toys, wipes or treats etc. - Removable shoulder strap, soft top carry handle. CONS: - No petting holes or grating. I wish there was a some kind of more open grating or holes to stick your fingers through, like with hard carriers. When traveling I often pet my cats with my finger through the carrier front gate, it always seems to calm them. Just finished the flight – All in all this carrier worked really well for my larger sized Bengal cat. 1 hour in car, 1 hour at airport, 5 hour flight, 1 hour in car. Although she usually cries the entire time during transport she quieted down well, the car seems to bother her the most. I put the side blackout flaps down and covered the top with her favorite blanket. I made sure she could see me and opened the top just enough to put my hand inside and pet her when she seemed nervous or started to cry. Worked like a charm. No meds, not recommended by airlines and many vets. She never tried to escape and I just pet her from time to time in the car, during flight and in the airports. The carrier held up well, and when I wasn't petting her I closed the hatches and used the locking zipper clips just incase. Glad we got through it.

I needed a carrier for my cat who HATES being put in a carrier that was going to have features to help me put her in it. Specifically, I was looking for a carrier with a large opening on the top so I could drop her in and close, this was it! Worked perfectly for us! When it arrived I pulled all of the expanding sides out, I found it to be rather spacious. I really appreciate the fact there are clips to lock the zippers and I also like all of the windows. It also has more than one opening to put your pet inside of it. I joked I could use it as an enclosed "catio" so my cat can be outside! Haha

Very nice carrier. I bought it because the height is a little shorter to meet the requirements of Air Serbia. Because of that, my two 4 1/2 month old kittens couldn’t really stand up, but they could move around. I flew business class and was able to open the sides during the long flight.

The carrier was what we expected. Size, material, purpose. Most important for us, the comfort of our doggi which is our little furry family member. He is a Pom almost 18 pounds. We were concern about the size because he is heavy and very fluffy as well (like a Pom Pom. When it came, he was so curious with it. We assembled the carrier and he was smelling it ant checking the inside all the time. We use treats inside as a positive influence to make he get inside . He entered and remain in with no problem for 20 minutes at he first time. The room was little stretch when is not opened completely but the measures are legal and in accordance what we check in the product before we bought it. But we felt he felt fine. When we explayed the side rooms was much better for him and he located in a better position. Hopefully we can open the sides in the airplane when the moment comes. For now positive training to make him prepared for a 9 hours travel. Oh! good sturdiness, my daugther carry it with Joy inside and was good for both. We check many carriers over Amazon an other sites and decided to go with this. Hope this review help you to decide.
