They were fresh and chewy, not stale or hard, just like Tootsie Rolls should be. (I don't think I've EVER typed the word Tootsie before. It's fun.) Can't go wrong with Tootsie Rolls! Tootsie, Tootsie, Tootsie. (Sorry, it REALLY is a fun word.)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Hard to find this size in stores locally. Tootsie Rolls are my sister's favorite candy, so I wanted to surprise her with a larger size. She was very happy when I gave them to her. The foil wrap kept them fresh. Sometimes the paper wrapped version become very hard very fast. These were soft and chewy...I did sample one :) ... show more
