Just what I needed. Small and compact. It takes some time to get use to because it has some “bend” to it as you are climbing up but i think that is just because I’m used to a traditional ladder that is much more rigid and heavier. You can adjust it to various heights, and when you were done, it is light enough to just pick up in store neatly in your garage without taking up a lot of space.

I read a lot of reviews of telescoping ladders. Since I will not use this extensively, I took a chance as the price was great. This is a very sturdy ladder. Any concerns about the quality/price went away after the first few uses. My only regret is that I should have purchased sooner. Would buy again without hesitation!

Bought this for our RV. It's perfectly compact to fit where we needed it go. It has a good strap that is attached to go around it. The locking mechanism works great. Easy to extend and retract. It's nice to be able to put it to the size you need. A couple things that had us rate it at 4 stars is that it is not super light weight. And we feel if you are over 250 lbs it could be less sturdy with a lot of use daily. We would buy this again if we needed to but we are sure it will last a long time.

Spouse uses it to climb on top of his semi trailer. This little ladder is just perfect for his purpose as it doesn't take much storage room in an already cramped quarter.

The rubber on the bottom of the ladder is not sticky or soft, its hard and I do not trust that it will stay up when its at an angle. I did not want to test that theory out so I returned it. I bought the same ladder at Harbor Freight Tools and it seems a lot sturdier, the rubber legs are very grippy compared to this one.

After using a rickety old ladder for the last year this 12 foot telescope ladder has been a a blessing. I needed to do some caulking around my gutters and the ladder was easy to set up and I felt very safe on it. I’m no light weight but there was no wobbling or shifting. The weight of the ladder and the large feet make for a secure base. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was how easy it would be to unlock the individual steps so I leaned the ladder at a 20 degree angle to unlock the ladder. Overall great purchase.
