  • WOW
Very nice very.. professional...if you stick with gold coated jacks your whole set-up distortion is very low... nice addition to my home recording studio...

  • Great for a starter interface
I went to school for audio recording, so I had some higher end interfaces before getting this. I needed a small something to use for my PC however, and this has worked great. I didn't realize originally that this lit up with multiple different colors, and the build quality feels pretty good. For my little PC setup this has more than enough inputs and outputs for whatever I may need, and I like that it's straightforward and doesn't try to put a bunch of cheap onboard effects onto the unit. ... show more

  • Easy setup
This interface was instantly recognized by my Win 11 PC, but initially showed up in my DAW as "Windows Audio". Only after I set windows audio as the input did the DAW (S1-6) list Tonor as an input device. Other than that, the setup was trivial. Plug it in and it works...in Win 11. The recording quality seems fine as I noticed no real difference between it and an SSL device I usually use. I like that it has loop back and direct monitoring. It also supplies 48v phantom power for condenser mics via a switch on the rear face of the interface. Input/output/headphone connections are front mounted and power comes from the USB C connector on the rear panel. Inputs are combination jacks which accept both 1/4" TS and XLR connectors. The control knobs have a nice, smooth feel and are ringed by LED light. This interface sets up and works well! Hope this helps! ... show more

  • This is one of the coolest channel audio mixers ever!
It is such an incredible design with its RGB feature that allows you to see in real time and with your eyes rather than ears, where you can increase and improve your audio quality by turning it up or down with those specific dials. It is a very simple design, yet it is incredibly useful for just about any type of recording that you do. I will say that I'm not entirely sure how to use some of the features, which I am still reading up on with the manual that it explains it very generously, but even now with not having all the controls down to a T, it is still such an amazing product that makes the sound quality very, very well. I absolutely love this audio mixer. Thank you...!💯 ... show more

  • Chunky style
This TONOR audio interface is chunky. It looks like it could be filled with old-time resistors, capacitors, and transistors because it certainly has room for all that inside of the chassis. Aside from the really cool LED lighting, and DSP technology, you would swear at first glance that this is old-school audio gear. It definitely has a retro look however, I'm not sure about the quality of the actual electrical components inside. The pushbuttons seem like there is a bit of a rub as you push down on them, and it just sort of feels hollow. Having said that, it sounds good, and I can't hear any discernible noise. I haven't tested on an oscilloscope I'll leave that for someone who has one. For podcasting this would be perfect. Not sure about professional recording, however. Seems rugged enough on a drop to the floor or two. ... show more

  • Feels cheap, works great!
When I felt it, I was honestly worried it was cheap junk, but I have VERY extensively tested it, and compared it to a Scarlett Solo. Overall the input/output quality is great! It does seem to take in a bit more bass/lows than a scarlett, which means you can really have the gain as high without getting some extra noise, but coupled with an AT2030 I would say its a great choice for a starting streamer, podcast, or honestly any use. Both inputs work, and they can work at the same time just fine as well, with their OWN gains set. Overall, 8/10 for audio, 10/10 for value! ... show more
