Description

Every Tonno Pro folding tonneau cover is made with marine grade 24.5oz vinyl. This heavy duty cover is weather resistant, and hard to tear. The lightweight aluminum frame makes folding and moving the tonneau cover easy without sacrificing strength. The aluminum panels are finished with a black epoxy that resist corrosion and enhances durability. To haul larger cargo, the truck bed cover folds out of the way without needing to remove the entire assembly. The panels stay secured with included straps. When done hauling, the cover flips back closed in seconds! Each tonneau cover comes pre-assembled, which makes installation a breeze. This is the 3rd time I am ordering Tonnor Pro and most definately the last time. The 1st time I ordered the soft tri fold which came with missaligned holes in the rails and when I called customer service, they knew the issue right away and asked me to return it!!! Offcourse packing this bulky item in their beat up boxes is a pain by itself. I ordered then this hard cover tri fold type and it came with missing parts ( Hadware, D Foam..) basically the box has nothing but the cover and the rails only. I returned that one and called and explained the situation to the customer service rep who appologized and asked me to order for the 3rd time as it may work!!! They are playing it by luck!!! It is like if you got lucky, you will get a good order next time!!. I even spoke with the Tech Department who admitted that the factory had been messing up with design and packaging. The 3rd time I ordered it, the box came completely brocken apart and I could not even carry it because stuff would be falling!! Guess what!!? This time this box came with missing parts as well!!! It took me 1.5 hours to build the famaged box that came. I beleieve AMAZON Should reimburse me for refurbishing and building their mess up boxes!! Such a screwed up company and a screwed up Amazon fullfilment center as well. This box now has no hardware as well and you cannot use the Ridgeline screws as they do not align with the oval shape orifice in the rails!! This whole experience is just terrible!!!! This is beyond repair for sure!! Here is what happen: Everytime a customer like me buy and see parts are dysfunctional and/or missing, all they do, they receieve the return and stock the same box for the next customer!! Just shame on them and shame on Amazon for doing all this poor job!! I decided to spend more money and try the hard cover hoping to get lucky eith this horrible company, but the experience is as horrible as the 1st two times!! So the cover fits accordingly and provided exactly what I wanted (something to hide my stuff left in the back with some form of security). I do however have mixed feelings about it. I feel it's over priced for what it does and being just a dual fold, you can only load so much into the bed without having to completely remove it (the last portion if folded requires it to come off as there is no latch to hold it down otherwise). Some other gripes to mention is that air will still get trapped between the hard and soft plastic so driving down the freeway, you'll still see it rise a bit when looking back. This to me was bothersome as the rearview from the RL sucks already as it is. Also the metal rail that is bolted to the sides are poor quality and will bend if enough pressure is used to pull it upward (meaning if someone who really wants to get into your bed could easily do so with minimal effort). Lastly, it will not 100% keep water from entering the bed so you'll still need to protect your belongings if need be. ... show more

This was completed on a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. At 200 lbs, I was able to lay on it when I was done. It took me alone with a broken leg alone 45 min to do it in the dark with a phone as my flashlight and no power tools so if you are reasonably healthy, have a person to help, power tools or sun you are more than capable. Does not flap in the wind looks like vinyl but has metal underneath so no one is cutting through it in a reasonable amount of time and definitely not with a knife. No cut, snatch and go. The provided light is crap but ridgeline has bed lights so who cares. Looks as good as the professional install I had done by Honda on my last ridgeline. This top is much lighter than factory but about 80% as sturdy with 20% of cost. Looks just as good. Hope that helps. I have owned two sidelines and the second time around I did more shopping around instead of going to Honda first. No work on how long vinyl lasts but all things considered it was worth it. Fits my 2006 Ridgeline well. So much more secure than the soft cover I bought. I Use it in conjunction with an aftermarket tailgate lock for total ability to lock the bed. I think it’s a good value. Not 100% waterproof, but that is probably to be expected. Happy with my purchase.

Don't bother trying to get replacement parts for this product. I recieved the cover on the 21st of December only to discover I had 2 rails of the same side. I have been trying to get the rail I need since the 21st of December. As of today January 8th they have still yet to even order the rail I need. I have sent them pictures of the 2 rails of the same side, I have sent them 3 different emails showing copy of my receipt. Have made 4 phone calls. My suggestion is if you do spend the over 600.00 to get this and it's not all there, send it back, as their customer service is lacking. I needed this cover for my business and I am at 18 days and counting where I can't use my truck yet for business purposes. ... show more
