My tongue was gross, and my breath was definitely not as fresh as it could be. Even after I brushed my teeth, I felt like my breath still stank. I went to the dentist who said it wasn't my teeth so I went to Amazon to see what I could find. I was actually apprehensive before buying this because I had a tongue scraper before that had bristles, so I felt like this wouldn't clean as well. But I was wrong, because boy is this great. Every time I brush my teeth I scrape my tongue and I feel like my breath smells so much better. I can see a bunch of junk that would have sat on my tongue if I didn't clean it off, and it's so easy to clean. I just run it under the water and everything falls off. I would definitely recommend this product for people looking for help with their breath.

I got this to see if it was any different than using the back of the toothbrush and it does do a much better job of cleaning your tongue. I also use it on my 1.5yr old child and it works great, no complaints at all. Fair warning, if you have geographical tongue like I do it isn’t super comfortable going across your tongue so you just have to use less pressure. Even with less pressure it does a better job cleaning than using the toothbrush. However the toothbrush is much more comfortable on geographical tongue.

I scrape my tongue after flossing and before brushing each morning. I have bought several so that I do not have to wash them after use by hand, which was a bother. Instead, I put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

I’ve tried several tongue scrapers and this one works the best! Super easy to use and clean. It does take several days to get rid of the build up, but once you use it regularly it keeps it clean. As someone with a terrible gag reflex these were not nearly as bad on it as I was expecting.
