Not a big deal but they are not magnetic like some of the higher end tongs on the market. These are comfortable to use and get the job done.

I was a little dubious about Quality at the price point for three of them, but went with what reviews said. They really are solid and the metal is substantial enough that the tongs won’t bend. I had other long tongs with metal that was thin and ended up bending, and though I could bend back, it was never quite right again. This is really a lot of bang for the buck!
