This one is perfect for me. I used someone else’s first to see if I could do the stepper….and I could..!! My coordination was off a little in the beginning, but I persisted!!!! It’s a great workout!!! Just lean it up on the wall until your next use. It’s very sturdy!!!!!

I recently added step classes to my workout routine, so needed a step. Found this one for a good price during Prime days so purchased. Good step but I will eventually purchase the gym style one with a rubber top. This one is sturdy, it stays in place for the most part, even on a tiled floor. However, it’s noisy. It’s hard plastic so each step on it will be heard. It’s also a little shorter than I’d like but it works. This step is the smallest one I’ve ever used, both narrower and shorter than I’m used to. It is also very low. With the gray risers on the bottom it is about the height most steps start at. Without the risers it is just a few inches and even for a short person who wants a light workout (5’1) it feels too low. It is ok on carpet, but the little round feet aren’t very non- slip. The gray risers fit under the platform but they fall out whenever you pick up the step. It does feel sturdy. If you want an inexpensive step, you’re shorter, or don’t want a very challenging workout this could be ok for you. For $20 it’s not bad, but it does have limitations. ... show more

I didn’t buy this for fitness, but it worked great for my needs. I have mobility problems and while on vacation the hotel bed was too tall for me to get in without assistance. I ordered this step and used it without the risers to give me the extra height to get on the bed unaided. It is nice and wide with good traction, and is low enough for me to step onto with my weak legs that can’t lift far. Fortunately, it also fit perfectly in my large suitcase to bring home. And it was lightweight enough to not put my suitcase overweight on the flight. (I left the risers behind.) I may even try using it for some simple exercising at home. ... show more
