The microscope works as expected. I primarily use it for inspecting pcbs and its been great! The light buttons can be overly sensitive, but other than that, I only have good things to say about it. At this price point, it's hard to find a better product. I had some issues with saving to an SD card initially, so I reached out to TOMLOV, and they provided me with a brand new scope free of charge. This type of excellent customer service is not typical of similar companies, I admit that I'm impressed! I highly recommend this brand! Any company that will replace defective parts free of charge and respond quickly to customers to assist with troubleshooting is always a safe company to purchase from.

It is a great product, worked as expected (except an issue with the base that I will cover later) and my daughter was really happy with the product. At the past she had a microscope that she uses to observe some insects and tissues and in this the image was really clear, the connectivity with tv and computer (we tested in mac and pc) was good (in some screens it loses resolution but it's because is full HD and the screens were higher). As I mentioned, we had an issue with the leds of the base, but we talked with support and once we send evidence of the failure, they send to us another base that worked perfectly (excellent post sales support and client service) and they followed up all the process up to the delivery. Definitively I will recommend this widely for enthusiasts and non professional people

It’s really good for little projects the only downside and the reason I gave it 4 stars it’s because it’s battery powered and it doesn’t last long plus you’re gonna have to keep it charge or with no use time most likely will go bad and I dont think it’s easily replaced since it’s a rechargeable battery and seems it’s inside the screen

I have been looking at these for some time now, finally took the plunge, glad I did. This has been really helpful with drone batteries trying to read the specs on the pack.

This scope produces a very nice image. A problem that I have with this is that if you plug in the HDMI, it turns off the display, so it's not great if you are planning to stream the output and also be able to see what you are doing. I can live with that, but the major problem is that the light intensity slider is on the base, and when you have a item on the base that touches it, it changes the light setting. This can get annoying very quickly. I'm actually tempted to return the item for this single issue because I'll be soldering something, and the light will just shut off
