Description

These dual brush pens have a versatile and flexible nylon fiber brush tip on 1 end that creates medium or bold strokes by simply changing brush pressure. The fine tip on the other end is for smooth straight lines or writing. The resilient nylon brush retains its point, stroke after stroke. The ink is water-based and blendable: use 2 colors together, or use the colorless blender pen. The pen tips self-clean after blending so there is no messy clean-up! Use these pens for coloring, rubber stamping, hand-lettering, doodling, journaling, and more. Perfect for fine art techniques. The ink is acid-free, non-toxic, odorless, and non-bleeding. Each package contains 10 pens (9 colored, 1 colorless). Available in a variety of color schemes, each sold separately. Conforms to ASTM D 4236.

I like Tombow pens. They are fun to use and give a fun sensory experience. I tend to use the brush tip more often, but the fine tip is good for outlining or small spaces. *Update* - Reached out and seller exchanged product with no hassle. This must be the old packaging - nowhere in the listing was this indicated. I SPECIFICALLY purchased this set for the peacock blue 533, the only set featuring this color. While the packaging said secondary, it is a different design and does NOT include the color I purchased it for. I would not have made this purchase if I had known a different version than was shown was coming. 😩 ... show more

The colors all added so much to my collection of tombow pens. I needed some darker, less saturated, or as the title says “secondary” colors and these were perfect. The ink is as good as any other tombow pens especially with water. These are worth it entirely :)

Bought the set for $15 during a sale. Brand new and super vibrant. Tombow is an excellent brand for brush pens. I currently am only really using one color in my journal (sand) but all markers in the set work great. Would recommend to anyone interested in lettering or calligraphy.

I love these markers! I saw a lot of complaints about being able to blend these in the reviews and I have a tip for this: start with the darker markers first and use the lighter ones to blend. I know this isn’t everyone’s process (it’s not mine either) but it will work better. I’m not using these for larger drawing pieces personally, so I don’t mind these for my purposes. I prefer other markers for my drawings, but I’ve been an artist for a very long time and am a professional. I’d say if you’d like some markers to practice art with (whether it’s a new style of drawing you’re trying or if you’re just beginning) then these are great and a good cost. These are great dual brush pen markers. The colors are beautiful. While the brush end is my favorite, the finer point works great for writing, outlining details and coloring tiny spaces. The writing tip is perfect, not hard and scratchy like similar products I've used.
