    • Nice little accessory for when you want to rotate your mobile device
I purchased this with the thought of using it when the sun is hitting the screen display making it hard to see the screen. Understand that the controller lays the phone flat and it can not be properly looked at from different angles while establishing the proper hold on the controller. With this I was able to set it on the holder/handle, it’s like the windshield holder for the phones. It allows me to move the device to visible angles. The accessory is sturdy but not as you would think it should. It holds the phone completely, the 12 Max Pro, with no problems, however, because of the reach from the controller to the phone, the mobile device moves a bit. This comes with a lanyard which helps secure it around something , In this case your neck. The material use is plastic however the knob to attached the stand to the mobile device is made up of some aluminum, which I like. It’s lightweight and it’s an accessory, I use it for when I’ll be in the bright sun for some time. I’ll go without it if it’s a short flight. Putting it together takes a few seconds. I would recommend this for the person that gets tired of having to move the device and controller to get a better look at the screen. I also purchased the blockout screen that goes with this and it has helped with sunlight. At times I feel like it’s too much, but then I look at the controller and it makes it look more professional. It is a little "shaky" but not to the point it feels like your phone or tablet will fall off. The "shakiness" is your phone or tablet wiggling a little if you don't hold the remote still. The mounting of this item to the remote is quite firm and strong. Overall it is a good phone AND tablet holder that does the job it is supposed to do. Can you get sturdier feeling ones? Yes, but at a much higher price and most likely that higher price one won't even come with a nce storage bag like this one does! ... show more

    • Great phone and tablet mount for the MA2 and Mini 2 controllers
I searched and searched for a good mount for my MA2 controller that would hold my iPhone XR with a case and an iPad mini. This does it. I have an Otterbox commuter with the integrated pop socket. I have to remove the pop socket to allow it to sit flush enough to allow for it to plug in the cable. I like how it holds the phone on the top and bottom so it doesn’t hit my volume buttons like other holders. It is a little hard to plug in the cable once the phone is in position, but if you route the cable through the opening on the holder first, then plug it in and then place the phone in the holder it works well. Holding an iPad mini 4 is no issue. I was really looking for one that would move my phone or iPad more over my controls to get a better center of gravity, but I couldn’t find one that I liked. This one could be mounted backwards to do that, but the notch should face the controller and makes it feel much more secure. Finally, this folds up very flat and fits easily in my case with the rest of my gear. Overall a good buy even with a few items I would like to change. ... show more

The iPad holder which replaces the phone mount on the Mavic Air 2 is very cost effective, sturdy and compact. I was looking for a good solid solution to enlarge the viewing area of my MA2 drone. It assembles quickly in the field and comes is a good cloth bag. I wish the bag had a better tie arrangement but it works. The reason it did not get 5 stars is because when finally assembled is "wobbles" a bit if you make is quick movements while flying. All in all it does a great job of securely holding my iPad to the MA2 controller. I would definitely recommend this to any MA2 owner who wants a larger view of the flying experience. ... show more

I am impressed by both the functionality of this tablet mount and how well made it is. The first thing you will notice about this tablet holder is that it feels well made, and light. It's easy to assemble and disassemble, It stores almost completely flat and has no trouble securely holding my 9.7" iPad, Comes with two pieces, the one on the drone controller fits perfectly on the Mavic air 2 controller, It's spring-loaded and has a foam padding to prevent damage to my iPad. Something very interesting that I noticed when using this holder, is that it Keeping the center of gravity over the controller means the weight of the controller/iPad combination doesn't fatigue my hands during operation, unlike holders that move the iPad forward of the controller The product comes with two 30cm cables, compatible with my iPad, and one to USB-C, I love it when I buy something that actually works well.     • Great for using your iPhone without taking off the protective case.
This was the only product I saw that would hold my iPhone 12 Max Pro without having to remove the protective case. The only problem I had with the product is that the longer firewire connector that came with it has a 90degree connector that will not completely fit through my water resistant case. They need to send a straight connector. I am sure there are other cases like mine; I have ordered an extension cable with a straight connector. Hopefully that will fix the problem. ... show more

Overall a good product for the price. It's a bit wobbly and the lanyard should be a little longer. Other than those two items it performs as stated and makes a big difference on the flying experience.
