    • Inexpensive,effective alarm system that can notify your smartphone when you're away.

Very easy and simple to install,low cost reliable and effective this will warn you of intrusion remotely on your smartphone when you're gone from your house . I used this in conjunction with a much louder but less expensive alarm that couldn't alert remotely on a smartphone but rather had a very loud sounding piezoelectric alarm. This one's alarm is not so loud. It's good that I have both alarms in that both of them going off will confuse an intruder invader. I have had this alarm for about 6 months time and it seems to work fine. I finally went ahead paying for the subscription service online for a whole year and it was very inexpensive. Well worth the low cost .I also went ahead and integrated it with Amazon's Alexa and that also works fine as well. My biggest complaint is that the alarm going off is not very loud but in a way that's good as the possible intruder would probably smash it but since I have another much less expensive and much louder additional alarm he (or she) would probably just leave it alone. However I have many other security items to deter a burglar/trespasser/invader like home surveillance security cameras multiple barrier fences,barrier shrubs,U locks on my front gate, trip wires etc. I got around to making this review because the item is very satisfactory and worthwhile and also additionally low in cost and effective. I can see that expansion with more sensors is possible too so that's another plus. Some may choose not to pay for the subscription service but it seems well worth it for the low price. I didn't get the motion sensors but I may later on and now their camera is also interesting me as a possible future purchase ... show more

I wasn’t sure how well the door/window sensors would work with wifi because the distance from some of the sensors are pretty far from the base of the system. Not only was it no problem with wifi connection, it was so easy to install. It comes with two remote fobs which is necessary because there are two adults and we each needed one. Lastly, the alarm is very loud. We always have fans running and sometimes the tv is on but we can still hear it loud and clear. This was our main reason why we got the product. Our Ring devices are great but at night we are deep sleepers and can’t hear the alert even when our phones are at maximum volume. We are just so pleased and usually I don’t leave reviews but I couldn’t resist so others who are considering it would hear an honest review. ... show more

I purchased these sensors to help protect my property from undo temperature changes due to negligent tenants who are running ac and heat with the windows and doors wide open and the ac or heat blasting! I’ve always heard horror stories about tenants like this but like a fool I thought that won’t happen to me well until it did! But Fool me just ONCE! they don’t have to pay the bills so they are really hamming it up but not for long ;) The sensors are supposed to turn the HVAC off when the windows or doors are open, so I’ll be back to update if they don’t!! ... show more
