UPDATE: We went ahead and ordered the next bigger size, and ordered a few more this time to account for some dying off again. Well, to our surprise all were alive on arrival and several weeks later not a single one has died..we now have several extra! Very healthy fish. We are happy! Original: We ordered 10 fish but received 18 and all were alive! A great surprise! However, very quickly they died off and we have now been left with 3 for the last 1-2 weeks. The remaining 3 are growing well and seem very healthy. Overall it was a good experience, but is still a bit disappointing because we are not left with enough to do the job for our stock tank (our purpose for buying). Now I'm a bit stuck debating if we just deal with having 3 that can't keep up with the job or risk spending the money again to have the same thing happen. ... show more

Excellent fish. Shipped with ice pack, package was delivered 2 days early which was great but I wasn’t expecting it and package sat on my porch in the sun. 7 out of 100 dead on arrival so I didn’t think that was too bad
