This covers my scooter with extra room. The elastic bottom gives it a nice fit. It seems durable and I believe will last a long time. My scooter is on a covered patio that has rain and snow blowing on to scooter at times, so it's not fully exposed. I don't know how it would protect in an uncovered area.
