Works well. Consider the beating it takes on a car, it has done well after a year without wearing out or leaking. There are two straps to tie underneath to hold it tight. Difficult to get to since low to the ground. Suggest bungee cords instead

I have a 150lb scooter, heavy duty, 4 wheels. This is bigger than we thought, but fits very well. I like that it has the straps to snap and hold in place. If ever need a new one, definitely buying this one again.

I'm actually really impressed with this. It is not water proof though. As my wheelchair was damp after it rained. But I stopped it with a water proofing camping spray and it works great. I traveled from FL to MO (900 miles) with it sitting on the back of my car and it worked great. The color had faced on the inside a bit though. Kind of weird but it's whatever. ... show more

It fits my Drive scout 4 mobility scooter perfectly. Even with my mirrors installed. It takes a little wrangling to get on but that’s because it has elastic around the bottom to give it a snug fit so it will stay on. As others stated, I don’t know how you’re supposed to use the strap on the bottom unless the scooter is on an elevated surface like a ramp or little scooter trailer. Then you’ll be able to reach under it to clamp it together. But with the snug fit you shouldn’t need it unless you’re driving with it in a Truck or have it in a trailer behind a car. Also I just use it when I take it off and fold it up to clip it together nicely. ... show more

Purchased to use outside in subdivision. Driveway curbs are too high and 3 wheels too unstable to use these curbs. I upset the cart on top of me. Thinking of returning.
