The toilet seat is what it is advertised. It comes with different functionality including seat heating, spray for hip cleaning and night light. The remote control is straight-forward and easy to operate. The size is great and fit for our elongated toilet. The product comes with a detailed instructions for setup. We got the outlet and the valve and the setup process is relatively smooth. The product is in general easy to use, it only requires a few steps to adjust the spray nozzle. It is a high quality product and exceeds our expectation.

This Bidet works very well. It has all the right features, it's quiet. My favorite feature is the heated seat in the morning when a regular seat would be quite cold. All the functions work well. The only thing I would suggest is that the hot air dryer would be better if the hot air spread out in a wider fan pattern because it has a hot spot that can be a little too warm on the left side. We would definitely buy it again. It's definitely saving on TP 😄 The bidet is easy to install and adjust to the toilet we have. As a suggestion, make sure that the mounting bracket is tightened very well otherwise the seat will tend to move left and right at the hinge point.

I finally purchased this and decided to keep it after returning two bidets from other brands, as my toilet seat is not only elongated but also D/U-shaped—a contemporary design. Moreover, this is the only bidet available on Amazon that fits a U/D-shaped toilet seat. I'm satisfied with its functionality, except for the air drying, which is not strong enough for me. Based on my experience in Japan, I never needed to wipe at all, but with this one, I still have to dab with toilet paper; otherwise, the excess moisture isn’t completely gone.
