Cons: Keeps child from going underwater but lets them float with their face/ mouth way closer to the water than the sterns brand puddle jumper we had before. More expensive than the other brand puddle jumpers that we've had in the past and the quality is way lower. Thinner material, thinner foam float pieces inside, doesn't float kid as high. We needed a new one in a hurry so I didn't have time to shop around much or wait on shipping for one of the other brands.
