This fits my three-year-old perfectly with room to grow. She can get it on by herself and just needs me to buckle it. The buckle has a locking mechanism on it so it’s not easy to take off, and the strap can be tightened or loosened. It keeps her afloat so well, she feels comfortable swimming all on her own and has so much fun!! And it’s super cute. And seems to dry relatively quickly.

At first I was worried as it is very light. But to my surprise it fit great, the arms we a snug fit and my Grandson had a blast swimming in the pool. It kept his head well above the water.

Cons: Keeps child from going underwater but lets them float with their face/ mouth way closer to the water than the sterns brand puddle jumper we had before. More expensive than the other brand puddle jumpers that we've had in the past and the quality is way lower. Thinner material, thinner foam float pieces inside, doesn't float kid as high. We needed a new one in a hurry so I didn't have time to shop around much or wait on shipping for one of the other brands. Pros: It is very bright and has a cute design that my kid loves.
