This is the perfect first helmet for a child. I gifted this as a 1 year old birthday present and it fit them great. They kept it on and it seemed comfortable for them. The patterns are cute and this helmet is VERY customizable for sizing and easy to adjust, which I love. HOWEVER- their QC is lacking. We received it packaged as if it was new and this helmet clearly wasn’t inspected before leaving the manufacturer because the foam was cracking in multiple places. For something as important as a child’s helmet, someone should have inspected this before packaging it and shipping it. Fingers crossed the replacement is better because I really like this helmet.
