    • Great Once You Can Get it Applied but Not as Easy as You would Think

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was optimistic reading the reviews of this case and was looking forward to hopefully an easy installation. The protector looked great. Ease of application: Application wasn't nearly as easy as I would have thought. This was the first time I was using a template that goes over the phone to "ensure" correct installation. I watched the video at least 5 times and read through the directions multiple times. I work in tech support so thought this would be an easy process. It wasn't. I lined up the applicator with the first protector and applied it and thought it was done right only to have a large bubble I couldn't get removed even with the tool. I took the first protector off and loaded the second one. This one looked like it applied great with no bubbles but when I took off the applicator I found it wasn't aligned to the phone correctly. I had to manually pull it off and tried multiple times to apply it but each time it was off. I tossed the second applicator out and was frustrated. I emailed their tech support and they immediately sent me out a new set and the first one immediately worked well. Not sure if I had a bad couple of protectors or if the applicator was bent but the second set worked. Tech Support was very easy to work with but I wish there was better quality control on the initial set. Now that I've had the screen protector on for a few weeks I love it. Purchase this for my new phone and this in comparison to another screen protector that I purchased, which was twice the price this one was FAR superior and installed better. It left no bubbles and I will absolutely be back to purchase this again if I need. So it comes with two screen protectors in there one's already preloaded in the application box you place your phone in while applying the protector. I'll have to take a look and how to load the other one but overall fantastic product and a great price. Before this screen protector I would do the whole method of cleaning the phone down in a bathroom after running a shower to get rid of dust and painstakingly aligning it only to still get dust bubbles. Never have to do that again, its such a simple installation method but it works really well. Absolutely no dust bubbles under the screen. Screen protector is also very nice quality, the raised bubble edges are great and it genuinely sits flush with the bumpers of my case so dust doesn't accumulate around the edges of the screen protector as bad as traditional ones.
