I began researching for a hub/docking station early 2024. I liked the look and price of this one from TOBENONE. Unsure which was the correct model for my MacBook, I emailed the company. Within one hour of my question, I got a response which included some additional questions to ensure I was recommended the correct product. Within an hour of my response back, a list of four options was given to me, with the links to purchase. I ended up selecting one that worked best for my setup and loved the size, look and functionality of the dock. Fast forward several months... I noticed that the head phone jack, for which I was using for external speakers began not working correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and after a series of question and answered, was shipped a new replacement dock. I can't say enough good things about the interaction and response both before purchasing and after that I have received. Would definitely recommend this company.

The item just arrived from Amazon. I still have to hook it up to my new MacBook Pro to really test out the compatibility which will take some time because I have to manually set up my new MacBook first (and not from Time Machine because I don't want to bring in all those old 32 bit apps/softwares), but the reason I bought this docking station is because the Customer Service agent at Tobenone, Ms. Anita, was super courteous and helpful. I had so many questions and she answered them all! I am pretty confident that this is the perfect docking station for my new M4 MacBook Pro. Six Stars to Anita!!

**UPDATE** TobenOne has excellent customer service. They reached out to me to offer a full refund, which I thought was very nice of them. I gave them four stars because good customer service is hard to come by these days. I will definitely try another one of their products! —————— This has the potential to be a great product, particularly for the price point. However, the one problem this has renders it almost completely useless. Each time I wake up my computer, I have to unplug the it from my computer and plug it back in to two or three (sometimes four) times to get my two external monitors to wake up. I tried unplugging the device when I'm finished for the day and only plugging it back in to my laptop when I'm ready to use it. Same result. If I power down/restart my laptop, the same issue occurs. The only way I've been able to use this product is to unplug it and plug it back in several times every time I sit down at my computer. Because of this issue, I do not recommend this product. If this issue didn't exist, this would be an ideal product. Unfortunately, it's just too much of a hassle. I will be searching for there products.

I bought this because the splitter I used to support one of my monitors and a web camera would go in and out at random. I was skeptical if it would with my MacBook Air M3 but it work as advertised. Been using it for several days and no issues. Well worth the price and am able to upload my SD card and charge my other devices with no issues.
