It works really good if you're using a jack but if you're using a piece of equipment you have to get off and place it on the t post every time or have two people one putting it on the t post and they pop right out

This will be a tool that I use for a really long time. That being said, I ran into a little problem. I am using 5/16" grade 80 chain. They measured the slot that the chain goes in precisely. First, in cutting it out, it had slightly raised edges left from cutting. Then they put a really good coat of paint on it. The original measurement was so exact that with the slightly uneven cut and a thick coat of paint, my new 5/16" chain would not go into the slot without hitting it with a hammer. 30 minutes with a file and it is perfect! I love the product, just needs a little adjustment.
