This tarp is very heavy duty which makes it quite stiff. It should hold up well outdoors in the elements. The corner grommets are reinforced with plastic the others are not but seem like they should hold up well due to the tough 18MIL thickness of the tarp. It's dark grey in color which should hide the dirt if used outside. It's very stiff but still flexible enough I would think for most outdoor applications. If you just need a tarp to cover something indoors you may want to get the 12MIL one. I will update this review if anything changes from use. It comes is a nice plastic resealable bag. It feels like it's built to last.

I used this tarp to cover my deck railing temporarily to protect the wood from moisture until I had the time to repaint it. This 12-mil, 10x12 ft tarp is heavy-duty and appears to be of great quality. It is so much better than the cheaper ones I have purchased in the past, which tend to thin out and break easily. The package includes maintenance instructions and comes with a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, though not for improper use or wear and tear. I consider it a great buy, priced at $21.99 at the time of this review. Only time will tell if it holds up well.

I was pleasantly surprised at the texture of this tarp. I'm used to getting the knock off cheapo tarps that only last a few months outside before ripping and breaking down. This tarp was thick, smooth and actually felt waterproof. I am using it to cover some sheets of plywood for my next project and I was really impressed with the quality of this tarp. The corner protectors and the grommets were of good quality. The tarp is heavy enough that I'm not worried abut it coming undone in the wind. I really like this tarp and would recommend.

O Gosh, what is not to like about this tarp. It is 10 x 12 feet in size and has aluminum grommets that do not rust on you. It is 12ml in strength and the corners are capped off so nice so they do not unravel on you. I am very pleased with this tarp as we have a Lot of wind around here and I needed something sturdy that could take a beating -so yes, I do highly recommend this product.

This is easily the best tarp I've ever owned. I got the 12mil thickness and it feels really heavy duty. Overall, the strength seems to come from the thickness of whatever it is dipped in. The flexibility of the 12mil fabric is noticeably stiff, but not so that it doesn't conform as a regular trap does. You could call the feel high quality, as well as the construction and hardware on this thing. Definitely several notches above the big box store brand level. It looks like it would take many years of use before this starts to wear through (I will update later). For the price, they seem like a good value.

This 12 mill tarp is better quality than Harbor Freight, with reinforced corner brass eyelets vs steel and glued/steamed hems. Nice.... I'll be using mine to cover lawn equipment outdoor for the winter. I expect success. Great value and ya can never have enough tarp. lol Easy 5 star recommendation.

We live on acreage, so we're constantly having to haul stuff on tarps behind the tractor. Normal tarps don't last too long being dragged around like that before getting worn out and ripping. This heavy duty tarp is much thicker then your run of the mill tarps. It's well made, sturdy, and waterproof for whenever you need a tarp that will last through a heavy duty job.
