Description
The Category 1, 3 Point Wire Fence Stretcher and Unroller allow you to run the fence line without needing an entire crew. This 3 Point fence stretcher is quick hitch compatible and does not require a PTO or rear hydraulics. The stretcher holds the heavy spool of fencing and unrolls and stretches without worrying about tangling or kinking. The fence stretcher is made from heavy- duty steel and powder coated to prevent rust or corrosion, keeping it looking and performing like new for years. Remove the center rod and load your fence spool. After reinserting the rod, pull the fence through the open channel. Once you have run an adequate amount of fence, close the channel and lock the three clamps. Move your tractor forward to tighten the fence line and nail it to place on each post. I have been using this product for a few days. And I have to say as far as spooling out barbed wire or net fence its the most amazing tool you can find. You dont have to kick the wire though the grass, have tangles and have it start walking all over the place. It does stretch the fence and works pretty well but It does have some bugs that need to be worked out. As it comes out in a kit, some assembly is required. If your putting up fences thats not really an issue though. Its just a few bolts, its easier if you put the 3 point on your tractor first. Then place the bolts together and tighten. Because it is bolts the entire frame can move left or right depending on the pull. In other words if your driving around a corner fence post it will pull the whole carrier to that direction. The way they have the clamping bar to hold the fence during stretching is not as good as it could be. The all threads that are supposed to lock it to the wire mesh dont quite line up with the pre drilled holes on the clamping bar. I just put a strap around the clamping bar and tighten when stretching the fence. This might be something that can be fixed with a little farm ingenuity if needed. Aside from those points I really cant state how well this thing works. for anyone that had put up fence the old way with the come along stretcher or pulling the net tight with a chain, and the net bolted between two 2x6 boards this really shines and makes fencing so much easier. Its almost puts fun back in the fencing. almost.

It says it's good for up to 60 inch fence. 60 inch will fit on it but don't count on being able to pay it out without doing some modifications. It catches on the angle iron, bolt and pin for the stretcher locking piece, pretty well impossible to use as intended. 4 foot wire would probably be ok. I'm able to make it work by cutting the bolt off closer to the top to keep it from catching, and taking the stretcher lock completely off then walking back to grab it, carry it back to the machine, try to line the holes in the locking arm up with the bolts and put it back on when I'm ready to stretch... a royal pain. It's nice that it swivels to follow the direction your pulling, but it should have stops to keep it from swiveling to far. Trying to load it on a trailer on the tractor it swings over and hits the tractor tire.

Item shipped promptly. That is the best that can be said. Item has two different functions - Fence Stretcher and Fence Unroller. The fence stretcher function was defective upon receipt and was identified to Titan immediately with photos and video. The front assembly Part # FENCSTRETCH06 was welded incorrectly. The nuts for 2 of the 3 locking handles were also welded off-center thus causing thread damage on the locking handles. The Fence Unroller function worked well, except that the center tube that goes through the fence roll to hold it upright is so lightweight that it bowed/bent very significantly on the first roll of fence unrolled. This was with 60" horse fence. Maybe if used to unroll light weight chicken wire it would have been OK. A piece of schedule 40 iron pipe is a good substitute for the light weight tube it came with Titan Industries Product Support has been unhelpful and non responsive on the defective part. Each contact I made would not be answered for between 10 to 12 days. They don't answer phone calls at product support and do not return messages by phone. They do email back 10 to 12 days later with promises that they never fulfill for replacing the defective unit. This back and forth of them promising resolution but never following through, went on from mid April until mid to late June 2024 with 5 iterations of claims they would make it right but failed to do so. I never got satisfaction on their defective unit and have no expectation of ever having them be forthright and responsive. My attempts to resolve this were both through the Amazon complaint system as well as via direct normal email and phone calls. I would never buy from them again and would suggest you stay away as well.

I received this earlier today after my house keeper called me in from the field to say that some suspicious guy was lurking around looking at our security cameras. What I found was this product dropped in front of the barn. It looked like a drop and run. I see this are no longer available and I see why. First I am missing several critical bolts, second it looks like it had been too close to a fire. Many places on the shrink wrap was burned, and finally it looked liked the parts had been around the horn a few times. Lots of missing paint. With all that said the container it arrived in was great. It was made from 1/2” or 3/4” square tubing forming a container roughly 6 feet by 4 feet. I will be salvaging all the metal. I will have to do some mods to make it stronger but I think it will work for my 1 mile fence.

This implement is of sturdy stock and it is an excellent value The company is wonderful to work with if there are any problems. Be advised the device is shipped in pieces and requires assembly. The way it is currently designed it uses single yet robust mounting bolts on the (4) corners. However, even when tightened securely, the single bolt design does not prevent racking or some rotation of the cross pieces or uprights. This is easily remedied by pressing alignment pins near each corner or welding. Since I am using this for many fencing jobs I took the initiative to weld it together and repaint. I am pleased with the results.

Item did not close and tighten on the roll of fence in order to stretch tightly. Had item for months before using so was unable to return.

The only problems I had after running 5k feet of 4x4 fence. 1. The gate bar bent making it a pain to close 2. The screw in bolts bent making me improvise on how to stretch the fence with the ttool. Still was able to use it but the PTO mount portion should be welded to the mainframe, the bolts allow it to swing which sucks. All in all it saved me a ton of time but there are drawbacks to it.
