Ever since I learned the history of this Swiss watch company founded in the 1800’s and that they merged with Omega in 1930, I got curious. I have an Omega Speedmaster which makes an elegant statement but wanted to try a Tissot because of the reputation. The quality is definitely superb so I will make this watch my “workhorse” to see how it holds up. This model is definitely an eye catcher so far. ... show more

I purchased this watch and was worried about the negative reviews, but took my chances. The watch showed up brand new and I registered it on Tissot.com within minutes. Brand new, original packaging and zero issues. ***I have not been offered ANYTHING to leave a positive review.*** People talking about the second hand being off, in my opinion, do not understand chronograph watches. The chronometer second hand is not aligned properly and is at the 58 minute position when reset. It should be at the 60/0 position after being reset. The stop watch function does work but the second will not go back to the correct starting position. The first time I used the stop watch function all of the hands were in the correct starting position and the timer was working fine. I hit the button to reset it and the second hand did not return to the starting position. Rather than send the watch to the Culver City Tissot authorized warranty repair shop and wait 3 months for it to be repaired I am returning it and getting something else. Very disappointed. Watch should have been checked and never been shipped out. ... show more
