The blanket is lightweight, looks good, waterproof, warm enough. It also rolls up on its own which is much better than having to stuff it in a bag. Would have given 5 stars but for the velcro. The velcro apparently has been increased yet upon trying to carry the blnket by the handle, it falls apart. Defeats the whole purpose of the handle. It's enough velcro to hold it together while it sits in the trunk of your car or wherever, but not to carry. I'll simply carry it under my arm, no problem. Double the width of the velcro strip and you should be fine, or include buttons that snap. This is plenty sufficient but if they wanted to go above and beyond, thicken the amount of fleece for even more warmth. But it's warm enough. ... show more

I needed a stadium blanket to take to a PSU football game in November to contend with the cold and wind, and decided to give this waterproof one to be prepared if it rained. It is super lightweight and soft despite the waterproof exterior layer, and the handle made it very easy to carry on the trek to the stadium. Well, it rained- a lot. But this blanket lived up to its claims. It was completely waterproof and WARM. We ordered the larger size and it covered all 4 of us entirely and kept us dry. We comfortably lasted to the end of the game when many other fans' gear sent them home by the end of the 3rd quarter. Highly recommend! ... show more
