I bought this for my niece (We got the model with purple ball things and green sticks), and I was a little skeptical because of reviews talking about it falling apart easy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is! The pieces hold together well enough that we can throw a thick blanket on top of our forts without anything bending or snapping, and there are a lot of things you can make. It’s given us hours of fun, even as adults (though adults don’t fit inside. I’d order two if you need it tall enough for a child over 5’ or so). The one thing that may pose as an issue for younger kids building is that it’s kind of difficult for them to snap pieces together and apart. However, it’s easy for adults to do and my 6 yo niece was able to when she put in the effort. Overall, it’s a good value for what we paid and I don’t think it’s one of those toys that will be tossed aside within a week.

Had a blast with this at Christmas time! Kept my 6 year old busy for hours and was simple enough that he could build it himself. Also super easy to take apart. It’s light weight but held some heavy blankets ontop.

These are awesome. I would give this 5 stars, but once you build a couple forts with it, some of the connectors start to wear out and don't stay together like they used to. We actually bought 2 of these and have had a blast with the kids designing and building different forts with them. Throw a sheet or 2 over the top and it is awesome. If you aren't the creative type, they have designs that you can build and they show you how to build them, step by step. If they didn't take up so much space, we would probably keep the forts up a lot longer. We have build forts big enough for my wife, both our kids, our full grown Labrador, and me to be in all at the same time, but we also have 2 kits. Our kids are 2 and 3, so they can't build their own forts yet, but they really enjoy playing in the forts that we build and can help with handing mom or dad the parts and pieces that we need.

Kids have a great time using this fort making kit. They use it alongside the typical fort materials such as chairs and couches. They are able to expand their creativity using this product. It’s easy for them to use and to take apart. My kids are 3,6 and 8 and they all like this product.

We absolutely love our fort building kit! We have built the most amazing structures and it’s endless fun. They are sturdy and good quality, and support the weight of blankets. The only thing to mention is you have to pay attention to the little arrows printed on the orange balls if you want your structure to work effectively. Once I showed my five year-old how to do this, she was able to catch on, but it was a little tricky at first. Just be aware!

We love this set. It’s very sturdy and easy to put together. We use the parachute like fabric to drape over the structure since blankets might be too heavy for it. The more you build it, the better you are at it! Getting easier each time ! The most important thing is that it’s very sturdy and stays put. It doesn’t collapse like others we had in the past! You won’t be disappointed on this set!

Subpar. Not as sturdy as I anticipated. The glow in the dark is very minimal and short lived. It's like a giant puzzle for the kids, but that's about it.

My son who is very into his computer games and video games will actually stop playing if I bring this box out and he will build forts for hours.. I do recommend getting two boxes rather than one because you can obviously build more in one box. Just makes a small smaller fort
