Just a coincidence that the day I got this, the very next day I had TPM on my car showing low air in the tires. All tires were approximately at 34 PSI whereas the recommended setting was 42 PSI. I had this charged up already so I used it on all the 4 tires and it took appx 2 minutes for each tire to go from 34 to 42 PSI. Very impressive. The only thing I noticed is that the hose that goes into the bottom of the unit (the other end of which goes into the tire) got really hot and after 3 tires I had to like let it cool down a bit before I could use it. Not sure if it is a defect or normal but that is the reason for me giving it 4 stars and not 5.

This inflator is pricier than another with a higher Wattage, and smaller footprint, but this one delivered while the other fail. The look, feel, lcd screen and bottons are superior. The noise is more muffled, and the quality of the sound even sounds beefier. It's a keeper for me, even though is taller, less wattage that the second I bought, because this one is accurate. Spot on inflation without hesitation, and accurate when unplugged. The other would read 41.5 couldn't go to 45, and when unplugged reading would drop down 2 to 3 psi. Yes, this is pricier, but sometimes one pays for what they want and get.

We got this to use with our Teryx4. I removed the stems from two tires and installed Quadboss to each. I could only use this air compressor in basketball mode as it wouldn’t let me drop the PSI low enough. Overall it worked well. It did over inflate by 1.5PSI. I checked it with a calibrated gauge. Filling up took about five minutes or so. It was quick for 15PSI.

I used this to bump up the air pressure from 27-to-45 psi on the spare tire in my truck. The kit comes with several nipples and hoses for inflating items but I have only used it for inflating a truck tire. Getting the unit started was a little tricky. You press the power button once and the digital lights showing you the current pressure and the target pressure setting come on. You then have to long hold the power button again to get the compressor to turn on. Once I got it running it inflated at a rate of about 2 psi per minute. After the pressure reached the 45 psi target I unplugged it and noticed that the stem of the tire was too hot to touch. The connector on the compressor was equally hot. So given this, I think this is a great compact option for a tire inflator in an emergency but I think its better suited for lower pressure inflating jobs. Great build quality and easy to read digital displays. Nice tool.
