UPDATE: This company has emailed me 4 days in a row, offering money for me to delete this review. This hammock failed on the second use. I bought this for my wife for mother's day and built a stand. On only the second time she used it, it ripped and dumped her on the ground. It's clearly a very poor quality product. It is worth the price!! Best purchase I have ever made. Definitely improved my lockdown life. I snuggle with my boyfriend in it almost every weekend. It even comes with extended cables incase trees are a bit too far apart. Love that it comes with a matching carry bag. My only criticisms are: 1. Their hanging instructions are crap, but a logical person can figure it out. 2. The carabiners that come on the straps are a TAD too small to fit around the loops in the hammock. This is a GREAT hammock for ONE. That is about the only negative I can say after having this for almost a whole summer. I have forgotten in a couple rain storms and it has not only held up but, the colors haven't faded at all. As far as what size and weight it will hold. The media could not be loaded. Great hammock! I posted a video to show the quality and size. Very soft and sturdy, good stitching and finishing. Easy to hang with the straps and ropes that came with it. We always have a hammock in our backyard and when our old one wore I out I was worried I wouldn't find another one that was as comfortable for a decent price- Amazon to the rescue again. I got this as a birthday gift for my mother in law. She loves it, and I had a chance to try it out myself. It spent at least 40 minutes in it just relaxing while she kept an eye on my crazy children. It was so relaxing I didn't want to get up! I never felt like I was going to flip out of it. It was so much more comfortable than the vinyl ones and felt sturdy.
