The pictures and description look great but the truth of it is that it’s like putting a deflated 20 year old pillow on top of your bed. The fabric is soft and it doesn’t move with the great securing loops, but the positives stop there. If you want a pretty top to your mattress then this is for you. It appears to be thick but smashes down/compresses very easily. Definitely not a good substitute for a pillow top. Also, the strap broke when I tried to wrap it beneath the mattress and I certainly didn't pull that hard. Disappointing in general.

My bed needed an upgrade and I felt like my mattress was too hard. Love this so easy to set up. Comes in tiny box do not be discouraged follow all steps to fluff it up. I would suggest not judging it when it first comes out I did follow the directions I unraveled it for 2 to 3 days and then I put it in the fluff in the dryer and it is thin but on top of the mattress that I have it feels like laying on top of two stick comforters it's very deceiving I will say this though you do need to put it in the dryer might had a lot of dust in it so I'm just warning you it is machine washable though but I fluffed it a few times I kept flipping it for about an hour turning over and over and then I laid it flat and gave it to the rest of the day to actually put on the bed and it worked wonderful I think for the price this is an amazing mattress cover and it's not super heavy and easy to move so it would be great for like in an RV ... show more

I took the mattress pad out of the box and it began to expand. great. however, it expanded to half the thickness I expected over a couple hours. I can’t say I’m happy with my purchase… but it is a little better then nothing.

Aside from a strap popping off when it attempted to put it on the bed, ut was actually very comfortable. No, it isn't like the picture but nine the less, it's pretty comfortable and adds softness to a firmer mattress
