Pros: The watch is actually quite nice in appearance. Accurate, well balanced, nice feel on the wrist. Cons: Material and finish quality is not quite up to old Timex standards (takes a licking and keeps on ticking era). You realize the lower quality of metal in the band, when resizing. Bends very easily, not a very clean procedure. When trying to replace the back cover with battery change, the tolerances are off, making getting the back cover on without a watch press, almost impossible.
