  • Use it for counting laps swimming
Color: Black/Gray/Orange Accent
I have used it for ~a month ~1hour un the water ~45 laps each time. Seems to keep time, I’d say maybe a couple seconds off a month which approximates the best watcher I have owned. Water resistance seems perfect. Many folks complain about the bands. But every plastic band I have ever owned ends up braking at best after a couple of years so I do ‘t think it’s fair to drag these for that reason specially at this price point (paid 38 bucks for mine). Now I just checked and a new band is pretty i expensive and easy to change if you just watch a youtube video you would see it’s just like any other band you just have to finagle the band a bit. Also, it seems that the CR2016 battery lasts quite a few years and it also seems that after changing it it might be easy to retain water resistance as long as the oring stays intact. I saw someone adding a cool greese/glue around the oring and i might try to do that if the battery dies on me since i require water resistance. Even if it dies on me after 2 years I would be satisfied given the price and the application I use it for. ... show more

  • THREE alarms!!!
Color: Black/Gray/Orange Accent
I was worried such a thing did not exist, but here it is! I often sent a bunch of different alarms on my phone for various reminders, but I am moving to a Wilderness job where keeping a charged phone may be impossible, and having a watch was a requirement for the job anyway. Part of my job will also requure me to occasionally (about once a week) get up multiple times through the night, so multiple alarms was something I really wanted. Additionally, the Timer and Lap keeper are highly convenient as well. The Light is highly valued and I feel the Water Resistance will become deeply appreciated. Also, the wrist clasp has an extra little security clip which was unexpectedly appreciated as well. ... show more

  • First bought in 2015, this is my 2nd purchase
Color: Black/Dark Blue
I like everything about this watch. I bought the first one in 2015 and the only reason I'm buying another is that the battery is getting weak (indiglo night light) and I'm too lazy to change the battery myself. Seven+ years on a single battery! Actually, I took off the back to change the battery but the screw head holding the battery in place was so small I had trouble unscrewing it with my poor vision. So I gave up and got a new one and look forward to another 7 years usage. ... show more

  • Nice watch
Color: Black/Dark Blue
This is the 2nd time I've bought this model. It has some features I really like. -Relatively large clear display. -Handles 3 time zones (and switching between them is easy). -Has 3 independent alarms with week-day, week-end, and every-day setting (I wish "one-time" were an option). Easy to turn off or reactivate. -Has "forward" and "backward" setting buttons -- a great time saver when you overshoot. -One-button seconds sync, and it applies to all 3 time zones. -Stopwatch (I rarely use the laps feature). -Count down timer, with configurable one-time, or auto-restart. I wish they would make it more robust. The first Timex I bought, the strap broke after just a few years. The previous one, the start button got sticky and would "bounce"; and some bug or suntan spray got on the lens and left permanent drop marks. ... show more

  • No instructions included!!!
Color: Black/Gray/Orange Accent
This Timex came with NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL!!! It did have a sheet of thin paper with the description and warranty information in small print in 11LANUAGES, but nothing on how to set it up. You have to go online and find the right manual, then it's fairly simple. It's a nice looking watch and I'd wear it more if I could hear the alarm. I thought it had a vibrate function, it doesn't - my bad. I like the layout and will use it between med. times. ... show more

  • Good watch
Color: Black/Silver-Tone
I just needed a new watch. I don't plan to use this to count laps, use it as a timer, or use it as an alarm and certainly I won't be swimming with it. It's nice to know I CAN use these functions but at 68 with bad legs, I more then likely won't. I needed a new watch at a reasonable price and decided on this. I trust Timex products. ... show more

  • Solid choice for a digital watch
Color: Black/Silver/Gray
Timex has always made excellent digital watches, especially the Triathlon, and this is no exception. Appears to be durable and has that great Indiglo feature. Watch was reasonably priced for all it offers. Buy with confidence!

Color: Black/Red Accent
And, uh, keeps on something something What an awesome watch. Love it. Big display for my old man eyes and fits my unusually feminine wrists.
