Best water-bottle pockets I have ever had on a backpack. Love the looks. Just not enough organization/usable-room for me. The tapered bottom made it frustrating to use and the outside pockets are not really usable if you have anything in the bag, even if "expanded". I recently purchased the Timbuk2 Parker Commuter Laptop backpack with high hopes and expectations. The promotional photos displayed on the Amazon listing showcased a beautifully crafted bag, and I was excited to receive it. However, upon its arrival, I was disappointed to find that the product I received was quite different from what was advertised. It's such a shame when expectations are not met. Firstly, let me acknowledge the positive aspects of this backpack. The overall build quality and material used are undeniably excellent. The craftsmanship is solid, and the bag feels durable, which is crucial for a daily commuter like myself. Additionally, the storage capacity and organization features are well thought out, offering ample space for my laptop, books, and other essentials. However, the main reason for my disappointment lies in the discrepancy between the product advertised and the one I received. The photos on the Amazon listing showcased a sleek, streamlined design with elegant accents and a refined color scheme. The bag I received, however, had different color tones and lacked the attention to detail displayed in the images.
