Starting with a premium Timberland full-grain, waterproof leather upper, we added an internal waterproof membrane for maximum waterproof protection, a composite safety toe, cement construction for flexibility, electrical hazard protection, our Anti-Fatigue Technology footbed that offers all-day shock absorption and energy return, and a heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant, non-marking Timberland PRO rubber convex outsole that offers superior indoor and outdoor traction. Plus, its breathable, moisture- wicking lining is made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic.

About time a boot manufacturer makes various widths of wide boots, the EXTRA WIDE version is somewhere between a 3E and 4E for width. If you've ever worn a pair of Merrell Moab wide boots these got identical in width. I can finally stretch my big wide toes out inside an actual work boot with a composite safety toe. And these things are LIGHT, I can probably sprint in them. For folks unaware boot/shoe sizes are: B-narrow D-medium E-wide 2E-even wider 3E-even wider than that 4E-yep you guessed it. Anything narrower than a B or wider than a 4E is typically custom made footwear. Most companies that produce work boots make two sizes, D and E, the rest of us are left to suffer at the hands of corporate shareholder greed stripping the lineup down to only the most profit. There are a couple of options like Whites and Redwing which are hand built, very heavy, and very expensive. Merrell discontinued their full leather upper wide work boots due to reasons listed above. A true fit and comfortable which I’m happy. I have had the worst luck with buying boots online but these are awesome you can never go wrong with timberlands and I would recommend these boots.
