Starting with a premium Timberland full-grain, waterproof leather upper, we added an internal waterproof membrane for maximum waterproof protection, a composite safety toe, cement construction for flexibility, electrical hazard protection, our Anti-Fatigue Technology footbed that offers all-day shock absorption and energy return, and a heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant, non-marking Timberland PRO rubber convex outsole that offers superior indoor and outdoor traction. Plus, its breathable, moisture- wicking lining is made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic.

About time a boot manufacturer makes various widths of wide boots, the EXTRA WIDE version is somewhere between a 3E and 4E for width. If you've ever worn a pair of Merrell Moab wide boots these got identical in width. I can finally stretch my big wide toes out inside an actual work boot with a composite safety toe. And these things are LIGHT, I can probably sprint in them. For folks unaware boot/shoe sizes are: B-narrow D-medium E-wide 2E-even wider 3E-even wider than that 4E-yep you guessed it. Anything narrower than a B or wider than a 4E is typically custom made footwear. Most companies that produce work boots make two sizes, D and E, the rest of us are left to suffer at the hands of corporate shareholder greed stripping the lineup down to only the most profit. There are a couple of options like Whites and Redwing which are hand built, very heavy, and very expensive. Merrell discontinued their full leather upper wide work boots due to reasons listed above. Bought these for my husband for work. He works underground construction with lots of excavation, going up and down ladders and a lot of walking & carrying heavy materials. He used the Timberland PRO 8” Titan Alloy Toe Safety Boots previously for years and he raved about them and how comfortable they were. Well unfortunately for him, they are never in stock. So I read the reviews for these Timberland PRO Titan EV 8” Composite Safety Toe Boots and figured these were the closest thing to the others. WRONG. I purchased these end of April 2026 and they are completely trashed now as of 8/18/26. These were such a disappointment. The soles cracked and water kept getting inside of the boot even before the sole cracked. The price for these are definitely not worth the quality of this boot. I recommend looking elsewhere because quite frankly these are NOT it. ... show more

Had this shoes for a few months now it has some scuffs and scars but she still holding up. Side note most comfortable boot I have ever worn. The sole is firm and soft, when walking it gives a little bounce but firm when standing around.

I’m a fuel truck driver and usually replace my boots every 5–6 months. These felt great at first—very comfortable for the first couple of days. By day three, I noticed discomfort under the big toe on my right foot. After checking, I found a ridge inside the boot near the composite toe. Both boots had it, but I only felt it on my right foot. Returned them easily through Amazon and went back to Thorogood, although they’ve also had some quality issues lately. ... show more
