Inspired by our original yellow boots, these Timberland PRO Direct Attach 8" tall boots are waterproof and have 400 grams of insulation to help keep you dry and warm in cold-weather environments. From their premium Timberland seam- sealed waterproof leather uppers with comfortable padded collars to their heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant rubber lug outsoles for enhanced traction, these steel-toe boots are ready to get to work. We also added electrical hazard protection and Anti-Fatigue Technology polyurethane footbeds for all-day shock absorption and energy return, plus breathable, moisture- wicking linings made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic.

In terms of support and comfort, these have been excellent boots overall. I walk quite a few miles on a daily basis in them and have never experienced blisters, soreness, or discomfort. Flexibility was excellent once they were broken in and they are comfortable enough for everyday wear outside of work. My size 10.5 pair fits as expected, snugly enough to prevent unwanted movement, but not so snugly that putting them on or removing them with a full cushion boot sock is difficult. I'm less impressed with the durability. Externally, I have no complaints. They've held up as well as boots that cost more in that regard. The recycled synthetic/plastic derived interior material is every bit terrible it has always been and started to look rough in friction spots within a few weeks. Months later it has of course worn away almost completely in those spots. This admittedly has not impacted comfort and function much if at all, but is disappointing and almost certainly will have an impact as they age. All things considered, I really can't give them less than five stars. Most other options at this price point would have the same issue, and they are on track to last about two years, which is acceptable for the price point and conditions they're being used in. ... show more

Great boots and comfortable to wear. The leather on these is like suede and I find that they do much better for me at work with a pair of rubbers or boot covers installed on them to cover them up and protect them. I have been using these now with the rubbers over them for about 4 months and the boots are holding up very well. The rubber keeps them from scuffing and wearing through the toe area. ... show more

Took a week to break in. I work outside with horses. Very stainless resistant. Steel toe is awesome, already been stepped on by 1800lbs Mare. Factory insole sufficient, but will be switching to custom insole within 2 weeks. Overall very satisfied so far. Been 2 weeks and no sign of wear yet.

Some of the most comfortable boots that I own. I'm not wearing these on a jobsite, so understand that my review is based on typical wear / tear of everyday shoes. They fit great and the insole is super comfortable. I've got plantar fasciitis and these always keep my feel feeling great all day.

From day one these boots have exceeded expectations. I’ve worn them on concrete floors, muddy terrain, around heavy equipment, and after long 10–12-hour shifts the feet still feel solid—not trashed. If you’re serious about work boots that hold up, this pair is a winner. What stands out: • Protection & safety features: The Timberland PRO line offers models with alloy/composite or steel safety toes, electrical-hazard protection, and slip/oil/abrasion-resistant outsoles. • Comfort built in: Anti-Fatigue technology, good arch and heel support, and out-of-the‐box comfort mean minimal break-in time and less foot fatigue at day’s end. • Durability: Full-grain leather uppers, waterproof membranes (on the waterproof variants), and rugged construction mean this boot is built to last. One reviewer even said they kept using their pair years. • Versatility: Whether you’re on a construction site, warehouse floor, or outdoor job site, these boots adapt. The waterproof versions are great for wet conditions. A few real-world notes: • They are heavier than a standard sneaker.
