Starting with a premium Timberland full-grain, waterproof leather upper and an internal waterproof membrane for maximum waterproof protection, we added our Anti-Fatigue Technology footbed for all-day shock absorption and energy return, electrical hazard protection, and our Timberland PRO heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant, non-marking rubber outsole for reliable traction. Their breathable, moisture-wicking linings are made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic. These durable work boots are built for agility, comfort, and protection, so you can perform to your highest level without worrying about your feet.

I like the cushion inside the boot. It makes for a real comfortable fit. I'm on my feet all day and as an elevator constructor, the boots work good for me. Granted, I don't think they'll last a year but for the money...great boot.
