There is no assembly required. It is fairly lightweight, but sturdy. It is very maneuverable and easy to unfold/refold for storage. PLUS the top deck is high enough off the ground you don't need to bend over to use it!

I am a traveling performer and often need to lug a lot of heavy, awkward to carry equipment around in unknown environments. I purchased this wagon hoping that it would reduce the amount of strain/annoyance I have to deal with by at least reducing the number of trips I would have to make. I fully expected it to be difficult to work with, stubborn to move, and delicate…I WAS SO WRONG!! As a professional mermaid I need to lug huge prosthetic tails around, each one as big/bigger than I am when unfolded and weighing between 30-60 pounds. Normally I can only carry 1, maybe 2 at a time, plus the additional trips for the myriad other necessities that come with aquatic performances & personal items to boot. Many of our shoot locations are off the beaten path and not easily accessible, so as you can imagine, just getting there is extremely physically challenging. With this fantastic little workhorse of a cart, I was able to lug SEVEN tails, plus 5 towels, first aid supplies, a full wetsuit kit, 16 pairs of goggles, various costume elements, 3 sets of full sized pro-level fairy wings made of galvanized steel, 3 pairs of boots, several thermos bottles of clean water, a drying rack, an industrial fan, and several bags of miscellaneous bits of equipment in ONE LOAD. In my second trip, I was able to lug over food for 30 people. TWO TRIPS. All of that would normally have taken four people making at least three trips each to transport, but I was able to do it myself in TWO. And the access point wasn’t exactly a straight shot; this thing handled even sharp turns beautifully -even when fully loaded, and it tackled the hill we had to go up like it was nothing. The tires handled loose gravel without issue, and folding it up so it was out of the way during the show/setting it back up (just opening it up) was insanely easy. The engineering on it is thoughtful and practical, accounting for normal, dumb human behaviors in intelligent and efficient ways (like the simple buckle loops strategically placed so you can firmly attach the cover, so when someone inevitably tries to life it via the cover it won’t fall off or fall and hurt you. Love that you still have access to the pull handle even when it’s folded and covered. Overall; I’m extremely happy with this and Highly recommend it. ... show more

Between swim team, scouting events, and DJ equipment this is the cart that seems to be able to handle it all. The single layer carts just don’t cut it anymore. Size folded When folded up it will stand on its own instead of falling over. It is more compact when folded so it does not take up as much room when storing it or during transportation. Wheels The wheel base is much larger so better for sand and other loose gravel. The wheel caster housing is much stronger than any of the competition I’ve seen Load capacity It can carry far more items than the single layer carts so less trips. For swim instead of carrying the ice chest separate from tent and chairs this carries all. For DJ events stand, backdrops, in the bottom. Speakers, table and projector on the top. Handle and steering I really like how the handle state in place. Steering is very smooth and easy to maneuver. If you are looking for a serious cart that takes all the stuff this is it. At first I loved this cart. It had lots of room and storage and seemed study. However, upon use for less than 2 weeks and it has torn in at least 2 places. Very disappointed with the quality of the stitches and materials. Update: The seller has worked with me to make this right and has sent a replacement item, which seems to be holding up better so far. My family is going to the beach and wanted a trolley that was heavy duty, functional and at a reasonable price tag. This wagon hits all those! Upon unpacking the wagon I was surprised with how high quality the wagon feels. They paid attention to detail on its design and it feels like it can handle nearly anything we are planning to put it through. The double decker is a nice aspect too because it’ll allow us to put the kiddos on the top (out of reach from the sand) and the umbrellas and stuff on the bottom. The brand states that they are an outdoor minded brand so if this wagon survives our beach vacation, I will be visiting their store to buy a bunch more of their products! Side note: wish they sold a trolly canopy! Ah that would’ve been the cherry on top ... show more
