    • A well designed mount for a good price
The supplied lag bolts are hefty and long enough to secure the frame very firmly to studs. The assembly screws are quality. I like that they included a variety of spacers and screws to fit different TVs. I ended up using two of the remaining spacers to mount my soundbar. Hanging the TV was easier than expected, but I used a spotter to look from the side to make sure I was hooking the TV to the frame properly. I used this with a 55 inch TV and it is very secure. Make sure you attach your TV cables and power cord before mounting because there is not enough room once the TV is mounted to attach cables. I ended up taking my TV down and installing my three HDMI, one eArc, LAN, and power cables before hanging it again. As my plug is on the wall behind the TV I needed to plug that in prior to mounting as well. I should have thought it through ahead of time, but taking the TV down, than hanging it back up again was easy enough. Also, the instructions are very easy to follow. The tilt function is easy to adjust and tighten after mounting, but I used a long handled allen wrench instead of the short one provided to improve access. Overall, this is a well designed and well made mount with the capacity to hold my 55 inch TV securely and safely. When I purchased this mount I also purchased another one that had good reviews. After looking at how it gets installed and at the maximum weight it supports I sent it back and used this one. ... show more

This tv wall mount it fantastic. It's easy to install and is wide enough to engage 2 wall studs that are 16" on center. It keeps the TV flat to the wall or you can tilt it if needed. Easy to follow instructions. It comes with al kinds of different hardware to accommodate just about all brands of TV's. The quick release cords on the bottom are a great feature.     • Very Simple but Sturdy Bracket

The media could not be loaded. My nephew broke the base of my cheap 55 inch Seiki TV so I had no choice but to wall mount it. I looked around for one at many retail stores, but was unable to find one under $50. I was surprised to find this one so cheap, so I immediately assumed that it was of low quality. I was also surprised to find that this bracket is sturdy, and very easy to hang. It comes with a wide variety of screws to fit pretty much any TV brand or model. It also comes with simple instructions, but you probably won't need them. A level is included, and the jury is still out on it's accuracy. From start to finish, it took be about an hour to mount the TV. There's not much you would be able to find wrong with this bracket, but if I had to be nitpicky, I would say that you might want to go out and spend $5 to find a bigger, more accurate level. The level that's included is not totally useless, but even after centering the bubble in the middle, I still didn't feel confident that the bracket was level. So, if you're going to use the level that's included, I would suggest still eyeballing (and have someone else eyeball it as well,) just to make sure it isn't leaning to one side. Nothing is more aggravating than watching a TV when you know that it is off to one side. Overall, for the price, and ease of install, I don't think there's a better bracket. ... show more
