Of course! It can be mounted on concrete wall and brick wall, but you need to use anchors when installing. Please pay attention to the wall mounting studs distance is 24 inch maximum. Next, the weight of your TV should be less than 132lbs/60kg and your TV should be at least 37 inch. Then, please check the VESA pattern, VESA = horizontal × vertical. Mounting holes distance on the back of TV must be less than 24" (600mm) horizontally and 16" (400mm) vertically. Finally, please check the TV back area inside the 4 mounting holes to make sure there are not any cables outlet. Otherwise, the plate may block the plugs. When I first purchased my TV on Amazon, this TV wall mount was suggested by Amazon. I was very hesitant, but took a chance. It’s a great TV mount. Instructions were good and the package had all sorts of screws so it can fit most TVs. It did come with Concrete mounts if you needed to mount your TV onto a concrete wall or a brick. I just used your typical 75 pound drywall anchors. It even came with a little miniature level.. I leveled it and installed it. It was pretty much easy to hang the TV up and be done. This TV wall mount bracket is a great deal. It was super easy mount on the wall and then attach the TV. It's holding a large TV that we were able to tilt to a comfortable viewing height. The design of this item was great because it allowed us to put the electric plug on the wall right in between the bracket so everything plugged in perfectly with no wires hanging. We were skeptical at first because the price was so reasonable. As compared to all those, we have purchased and even seen in the warehouse clubs. We were able to mount it directly into the studs, and we can see it fits a wide range of TVs. We're using it with a 55 inch.
