Your TV is compatible with this mount as long as it meets three criteria: screen size between 37 and 90 inches, weight no more than 132 lbs, and feature a VESA mounting hole pattern of 200×100 mm (7.87"×3.93") to 600×400 mm (23.62"×15.75"). 2, What is VESA? VESA refers to the distance between the four mounting holes on the back of the TV (measure horizontal and vertical distances in millimeters), and this mount supports patterns from 200×100 mm to 600×400 mm. 3, Is it compatible with 24-inch wooden stud spacing? Yes, it is compatible with 16-inch, 24-inch stud spacing. We recommend using a stud finder to confirm the spacing. 4, Can it be installed on drywall or metal studs? This Pipishell TV wall mount exceeded my expectations! The metal feels thick, heavy-duty, and extremely secure on the wall. The wall plate is wide enough to easily span across 16" or 24" studs, which made finding the right mounting position simple. The tilt mechanism works smoothly and makes reducing glare from windows effortless. It also maintains a nice, clean low-profile look against the wall. Mounting my 75" above my fireplace turned from being an afternoon job, to being a 2 week event...let me explain. It is paramount to ensure that any bracket you select is anchored into your wall studs to ensure the MOST secure method for hanging your expensive TV. Typically studs are 16" off center from the next when builders frame a home. If you find the center of one stud, you should be able to measure 16" and find the center of the next one. But not always. My project was supposed to be an easy mount, however even while using a stud finder I ran into issues finding studs that were 16" apart. I thought something was wrong with me, or that perhaps my stud finder wasn't working properly because the spacing in between studs was so odd. Well turns out I had two issues, 1. I was mounting on an outside was full of insulation (which I knew) and that makes it a little more difficult for the stud finder to judge mass. 2. My studs above the fireplace were not even CLOSE to being spaced evenly or properly! I initially tried to spot check for the studs, sometimes I got it and others I thought I found one but it was either just dry wall or the edge of a stud. This was frustrating. I didn't want to take the chance so I cut the drywall out in the area where the bracket would go so I could for sure hit the stud on center. Well great idea, except my spacing was like 23" and 22" apart and only one stud was center to the fireplace meaning that hanging the TV would be it would be off center to the fireplace and room! Plus the bracket only covered a 16" gap, it wasn't long enough even with the extender. Thankfully this product allows you to attach multiple brackets to create a longer run! I purchased two brackets and used both extenders to cover the area. Once the brackets were anchored with the toggle bolts, I was able to slide the TV and position it to look center even though the mount is not quite center! But no one will ever know...(except you because you've read this.) This was a great product and the versatility of it came in handy. Even though the TV can swing or swivel, it does have a bit of a downward tilt which is great for viewing because who's really going to swivel a 75" TV often or at all. This is a great product, you may need to fight with your set up depending on your home construction, but save yourself a few hundred bucks and be proud that you tackled something for yourself! Fair Quality, Simple Mount, Missing Parts

In this mount, the wall plate is composed of two sides that need to be bolted together. (You can see the vertical join in the product photo.) It's a simple nut+bolt connection, except my set of parts had no nuts -- in the plastic bag section that should have held two nuts, it had two bolts, for a total of four bolts, zero nuts. This mount has a pretty good set of plastic spacers and if you have a new display, you might have enough. I had an older display that needed just a few more plastic spacers to make things right, so I had to use 1/4" washers to fill some gaps. This display DOES NOT have screws at the top of the arms to tune the final leveling of the display, so make sure your wall plate is level. So why am I giving it four stars? For the price it's a good mount and the arms grab the wall plate easily. (Or maybe I got lucky twice.) Also, the locking clips at the bottom of the arms grab without complaint. ... show more
