This is a great jacket,, heats up quickly and gets pretty warm. I am a bit of a bigger guy, so i do wish it was a little longer in length, but it fits pretty good and well worth the money. I already purchased a 2nd battery. If you leave it on high, the battery drains pretty fast- 35 min on high will drop from 100% to 90%. Can go for about 2 days before charging. **Invest in a high output USB-C charger block and cord to charge battery faster

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He works in Ohio where the winters are pretty harsh. He said the battery life is great and the warmth the jacket provided kept him cozy when the wind was a blistering 20 degrees. He has had no complaints, other than he wished there was heating in the arms and around the stomach area.

This is a heavier jacket that is pretty warm anyway. When turned on, it provides a gentle kind of heat that will not make you uncomfortably warm. The battery seems to discharge quicker than is indicated. But you can turn it on, warm up and turn it off for a while and stay pretty toasty. I did buy an additional battery and solved this issue. I am happy with this jacket.

The media could not be loaded. Right out of the box the connector that would go to battery pack is rusty. I did put a battery pack on it and video review shows it did turn on. But it's definitely a con because you don't know the extent of rust will cause during using. But it did work,but that's why the 3 stars Pros does warms up nicely and nice and soft. Alot of nice pockets. Nice fit believe it's true to size. Didn't test outside yet as just did the unboxing. 1/28/24 also noticed that material pulled away in one of pockets doesn't look like it was stitched well. (manufacturing issue)2nd time using it. Seller did contact me and offer me 20% I declined it because I not going to buy again. Amazon refunded money on this after they screwed up my order and canceled in on it and refunded the purchase. Nice and warm but if stitching can give in two days and rusty connector is discouraging to buy again. Overall it's very warm. Battery life also holds this back. 1.5 hours on high. Medium I used it from 7am to 12 pm and it was dead. Low is best settings I have made it 12 hours and checked batteries and be at 1% after a shift. Heats back, midsection,neck. One feature I like over all is neck heating . Since my neck gives me issues in cold due to accident this helps keep it warm. 3 stars is because of stitching and rusty connector. Definitely would have been 5 if those were not present. Thanks for reading.
