I purchased this chare for my son last Christmas. We finally started using it in the last couple weeks here in Illinois during our archery season. The weather finally turned cold. Good - the chair is very comfortable. Bad - this thing is noisy/creaky!!! You cannot move at all or this thing squeaks like crazy!!! I bought one of your blinds and this chair. I am very disappointed with the Tidewe chair. You would think that a chair made for their blind would be of better quality and at least quiet!! I am hoping the the Tidewe company sees this and gives me some ideas on what to do. I paid good money for this chair and we can't even use it to hunt!! I hope customer service is better that this chair. I changed my rating from 1 start to 4 star due to your excellent customer service! I am very disappointed that a company that targets outdoorsman/hunters would sell a product like these and think it's ok. They definitely don't appreciate the customer if they are ok with putting these on the market. These are by far the LOUDEST chairs I have ever sat in. You can't even reposition your legs or these chairs will scream at you. They are extremely heavy and extremely over priced for chairs that will scare everything away. Its not comfortable you can definitely tell its made in china. I can already tell im going to have to put some padding under the cover that heats up before i try sitting in it without moving much for hours not a huge deal but it would be nice if something that was made for you to sit on for hours was comfortable as soon as you paid for it. Going to carry it already put together also there's no way im putting it together at 4am in the dark without dropping the black washers so I'll carry it with the legs sticking out of my back like a porcupine. Luckily I dont plan to move it from the stand very often if I was getting a seat to be more mobile I would get something different. If the heater works really well it's worth 3* but I haven't tried that yet it's charging. ... show more
