This was a gift for my daughter- she absolutely loves it! She has a long walk from her designated parking area into work, for the winter months, she’ll be warm. The color is a perfect match to the picture, the battery was fully charged and ready to use! This was well packaged and came with detailed instructions. Sizing for the coat was perfect- I purchased her exact size. Very nice quality! It was nice to find a heated coat that had color options for women/ girls! Most available are gray or black. The coat is soft and comfortable! I love that it is bright and colorful. It is pretty warm and windy resistant without turning the heater on but the heater is wonderful when it is really cold! The only downside is the weight of the battery pack.

It is a great jacket for someone who is always cold. Has pocket inside for a the battery pack which I recommend to buy extra b/c when you have it on high for a few hours you will need a back up. I like to stay warm. It is a heavier jacket. I highly recommend for quality & price.

TideWe heated jacket is awesome, great fit, not too heavy. The one thing I don't like about it is, after you turn it on and then turn it off and it sits for maybe 5 mins, it won't turn back on by pressing the button on the front of the jacket, without pressing the reset button on the power bank. So if you are outside and you get too warm, turn off the coat. Then decide you want to turn in back on, you have to unzip the coat, unzip the pocket, pull out the power bank, press the reset button then zip everything back up then press the button on the coat to turn it back on. My last heated coat just turned on and off without going through all this. When I originally got my coat, I sent it back because I thought it was defective. Got the second one, same problem. Contacted TideWe directly and they explained to me what to do. It's my only compliant, it's inconvenient.

The jacket worked great for about 4 months. The quality of the jacket itself is very nice but it has a major flaw with the cord. The usb plug for the battery is not L shaped and bends when the battery pocket is zipped up. This caused the usb attachment to break off. Now the jacket is useless. It would also have been nice if there was XS option as it was quite big on me.
