My first jacket didn’t heat, and they sent me a new one quickly. I was a bit disappointed with the heating ability of the jacket, if you hold it tight on your skin it is warm but if it isn’t up against you it’s difficult to feel the warmth. However, it is a pretty warm jacket just on its own and it looks nice. I get asked all the time what the light on the jacket is 😂

This jacket is very sturdy feeling. Nice fit I was scared at first. But I even had a hoodie under it. Battery was at 73% plugged in in jacket worked back heats up nice. Chest/ mid section area didn't seem to heat as fast as back but could be the sweat shirt hoodie under it . Don't get me wrong it did heat. Nice pockets on arms chest and two normal pockets. Inside. Has a hood that can be removed. Draw is should come with a C port lol I don't own apple I phone so need to get adapter for that. It's Wisconsin and getting old don't need to freeze my ass off anymore! Lmao. This was delivered in snow storm God bless UPS. This weekend will put it to the test. will update accordingly! True and honest how my experience was with this shipment was fast. Though did have a different experience with the shipment before this one was placed that day, but that will on those jackets review when they arrive. Snow storm barrnet I'm ready with my shovel lmao. See how it goes checking my game cameras in morning if it keeps me toasty. 🤣 update: 1/13/24 Drove to mans mall Fleet farm yesterday which is 30 mins from my house. Had jacket on decided to test it out battery was at 100 when I left because I fully charged it when I got the jacket in mail on the 12th anyways noticed the heating was going intermittent. Then I noticed the button going from red to white back to red. I pulled out the battery pack once I got to fleet farm parking lot to check connection was good but in that 30 mins the battery was already at 72% and wasn't on high because the thing kept switching back and forth not barley heating. I kept it going on my walk threw fleet farm to get pig and horse grain and back to truck and headed home so roughly hour and 20 mins duration. I got in house and battery was now 23% I was like this is not good my heated vest can go 12 hours from a different vender now that one does switch down once gets hot never goes back to highest settings like this jacket was doing it literally looked like a Christmas show red and white light flashing so I turned it off. Nothing in there instructions say it can or suppose to do that watched a few YouTube videos none say anything about it going back up a level in heat but do mention it goes from red to white but NOT white to red to white to red. Unplugged replugged in did the same. Then used it to go check my game cameras to see if it did the same thing. Seems like the battery packs do not last as long as others I have but anyways. Over all jacket good quality made but I bought this for heat in Wisconsin weather outdoors work and hunting and doesn't serve it's purpose the way it's working Update 1/16/24 been talking with seller trying to figure out what's going on with jacket. Because two different batteries it did the same thing. So assuming is a jacket thing but will update accordingly. Thanks for your time . 1/23/24 received replacment of the one that kept shutting off and coming back on. I will update how it works and see if in any better before changing review. So as far as customer service goes seems great let me keep the defective one and sent me a replacement. Will update once I get a chance to try it out a few days though Got the new jacket tested it out and works great and customer service was on the ball with this order. So will bump it up to 5 stars with this jacket but read my other reviews on these tidewe products as there was bad experiences and others should be aware possibly happening to them.

For the money this is a surprisingly well made heavy coat. The heater function still works and will work with any kind of "battery" that can have a USB plugged into it.

Product not met expectations. Jacket warmed little to nothing on a full battery bank. I don’t know if i got a bad reworked product, because box looked like it was tampered with or maybe is just a bad product overall. Jacket looked good but the main function of heating does not fully work
